Purchased this thinking if I should have gotten the more expensive one instead, however this one comes with voice control which makes it better for people with disabilities. App is great but pretty basic. You can set schedules for temperatures to run, so like during summer and winter you can set it to certain temps and it will automatically adjust during that time. Registration process is kinda long. Thermostat screen is basic so everything is controlled by app. Would recommend this to anyone who has a disability or knows someone with a disability that can't reach the thermostat to change temps.

Easy to install. Digital is the way to go. Programmable makes it easy to adjust when needed.

I installed this at the beginning of December. The thermostat in my wife's Day Spa was there for twenty years. Used batteries and very difficult to program. Had to reprogram every time the batteries died. This one I program from my phone, very easy. I can check the temperature from home and if it is a holiday with no one working I can turn the temperature down from home. Plus no batteries to change! With being a business owner we need to save every penny specially with the high price of energy in NYS.

Cheap wi fi thermostat, it works as intended for the price. If you want something the controls from an app with a low price, you can try this. This is bare bones , no touch screen, no humidity info, and not a learning remote. But it does have scheduling and easy to use. It does what I need.

Easy to install and program great product very homeowner friendly

This is a good wifi thermostat. It was easy to install and use. I have a 2 story house so it makes it easier to control my AC Units. Very user friendly.

This thermostat keeps the perfect temperature. It is very accurate and easy to use.

I like too much this thermostat because we set up temperature n we no need worry anything n save bill also .without internet we can use also.

Just does what it's supposed to do; what I love the most is the WiFi connection that allows me to change the settings whenever I want from my cell phone or PC. Seriously has made life much easier, because I can change it on the fly. I used to forgot to change it and ended up with higher bills than needed; this has been great. Not only that, but my wife doesn't know I've turned down the temp any longer and mostly doesn't complain about it (because we all know that 'Thermostat Wars' are mostly psychological). Hopefully she'll never read this review...

I don't need a touch screen - much rather program it from a PC or phone App. App also allows me to monitor my HVAC system's ability to keep up with the heat and provides alerts when it exceeds tolerances. My AC has been acting up I set up the thermostat to send me an alert when the temp stays above a certain temperature (telling me the AC unit is not keeping up). Helpful as I have had to fix a number of things on the HVAC system... App is nice as well. Went away on vacation and was able to adjust the temp (playing) from over 1000 miles away.

If all you want is a thermostat that you can control with your phone, this unit will suit your needs. It replaced another digital Honeywell thermostat and was easy to install; the mounting holes matched up perfectly from the old unit. Setting up the thermostat to connect to WiFi is fairly straightforward. The iPhone app allows you to control and program it and works without a hitch. There is no 'smart' functionality, touch screen, or color like the more expensive units but if you don't care for those things, it'll get the job done!

Installation was straightforward and quick. Setup was smooth. Function, both manual and wifi, has been perfect.

I just wanted something so I didn't have to keep walking up stairs in order to change the temperature. this wifi thermostat doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, its not a Learning Thermostat, but the connection to wifi and the remote capability through my android phone work very well. initial setup was easy, but for about 5 days after initial setup I was unable to see the schedule via the Android app or web application. other than that good price for what it does.

It was easy to install just read the directions through first. It does it's job. I can control it easy from my bed or wherever I want.

Easy to install. Great addition for smart device for your home. I can view from anywhere with free download able app.

Works great with my Apple Phone which is why I got it. It works well and I can control it when I need it.
