The thermostat seems to be keeping the temps at a much more accurate reading than our old one. It's been so convenient to see and adjust or hold the temps from my phone. So easy to read and work with. My wife likes to play with the background colors too. :) It also learns quickly how long it takes to get to a desired temp for a time period and starts getting there at the right time. I highly recommend this unit!! We've had it installed for about a month and zero complaints.

Easy to set up, works great and looks nice. My only frustration with it is the official app to control the thermostat and Honeywells whole approach to the apps is a bit confusing. The link to the app given brings up an app called Total Connect Comfort (TCC) by Resideo Technologies so I downloaded that. But I later noticed that Resideo has an app Called Total connect 2.0 which has way more reviews/downloads and yet another app called Smart Home which can apparently also control the Thermostat like the other 2 apps... Seems strange that instead of consolidating these apps that they have multiple ones that do the same thing. Each has a pretty different interface and after looking online I guess which one to use comes down to a preference and whether or not your controlling other smart products from it. What I concluded from seeing all the apps and other reviews of them is that if you are using it just for the Thermostat then TCC is probably the best. The other ones seem to have more of a focus on controlling multiple things

Went back and forth between this and a Nest, before ultimately choosing this one. I like that it has a touch screen and it looks very sleek on the wall. The display is awesome - very clear, shows the weather, temperature/humidity inside and outside, and you can change the color of the background. The app that goes with it has been great too - it's very simple to use and I can change the temperature from anywhere. Have had it for 7+ months now and have not had any issues! Note: Need a c-wire to connect this! I am in older home that did not have one, so it was a bit of a process to try to wire it and get it connected.

This is an awesome thermostat! Easy to install and connects easily to my WIFI. Easy to program and helps save on my electricity bill!

It’s so great having control from my phone when I’m out. This is genius and the feature that tells the outdoor conditions are great! I check it all the time and it even can be different colors!!!!! Love it!

The installation was pretty easy. Registration was not as easy. The thermostat wouldn’t work right until I registered it.

Thermostat works great. Easy to use and the app was easy to set up. Also like the future to use it on the website.

Keeping my rooms comfortable. This thermostat has big easy to read numbers. It has several way to set a temporary or permanent temperature. It Lits up in the dark and has easy to understand directions. Needs a C wire, but that's for the electrician to do when installing. Easy to use and the Honeywell Thermostat was highly recommend by the heater and a/c installer. Very satisfied.

I bougth this Thermostat again, this is the second time because this is the best for the home. Is simple,elegant and easy for use. The Wi-Fi is a good way for enjoy a nice House.

It works well. I like being able to know outside temperature. It was a bit smaller than I thought. Features are supposed to be great for saving on electricity bill. However, I have not had it long enough to test that theory.

I purchased this Thermostat to replace an older Honeywell Thermostat which was not as easy to read and did not have the smart features this one has. It was surprisingly easy to install and looks so much nicer than my old one. It also gives the outside temperature and the humidity ratings. I also like the fact that I could use my smart phone to change the settings. Very happy with this purchase and Best Buy was once again the best buy when it came to price.

This thermostat was easy to install and just works, plain and simple like youd expect. It has more advanced features we may use in the future, but for now the app and the on device controls just work and thats what we wanted.

works well when traveling to adjust back to normal when we are on the way home. Color facing is nice and silver does not stand out on the wall. Have enrolled in power company savings program and that works flawlessly. I do wish BB carried the backing plates. I had a Honeywell before but this one is smaller.

Great item, easy to use. Took over a month for Best buy to get out to install so better off doing it yourself. Geek squad is horrible at installing on time, cancelled 3 or 4 times

I did my research before purchasing this unit. This unit does everything I need it to do. It works well with my Alexa upstairs as well as my phone when I am away from home. Other units had features I knew I would not need nor use. If you are looking for smart thermostat that does it include a whole bunch of fluff, this is it. I am not a handyman by any stretch however I was able to install. You must have a C wire or an extra wire, most units do, in order to have the thermostat work.

I bought this for my last home. Being able to control the temperature from afar is so convenient. I love this thermostat.

Great looking, easy to use love the look of the screen. It have outside weather very helpful. I hope to enjoy it for a very long time.

Super easy to install & set up! This smart model has wifi so you can easily set/change the Thermostat programs or settings on your App while away from home. This model also qualifies for a rebate through your local electric and/or gas utility companies—be sure to check yours first. Will have to use it awhile before we can assess if it truly saves us energy costs which is needed with rising costs! Everyone says it will!
