    Looks decent. Touchscreen and wifi connection bad.

    Devices looks decent and you get everything you need to install it. The touchscreen however is terrible. Especially for todays standards. After taking 2 hours to connect it to my network, it only stayed connected for 2 week before it stopped working,

    According to my installer, I was told that this thermostat was not capable to my Heating/ air conditioning unit.

    this works when it wants to. it does a good job at changing temperature from phone. alexa works good with it, google not so much.. a couple weeks after I bought it there was a error message about a faulty thermostat sensor, . I tried to contact support and never got help.

    I am having a horrible time getting my rebate offer. I was told I only get the offer on one instead of both that I purchased. Don't offer if the offer is not available.

    I'm not sure if I'm more upset with honeywell or best buy. Purchased thermostat to upgrade old 3M thermostat that was beginning to short cycle. Honeywell was on sale, had some slick features and looked nice. Woke up this morning to a black screen and a 48F house with an ambient outside temp of 36F. No problem, I'll just run to best buy and exchange, right? Best buy said no returns after 15 days and 47 minutes with honeywell brought me no closer to closure. I'm afraid I'm going to get stuck buying another one (not honeywell or from best buy) 4 months later. Ticked off is an understatement. If it were still winter in Montana I would've had to buy one today. Buy any other brand, from any other store, it can't possibly be any worse.

    Awesome thermostat and I can adjust from my phone which is a huge plus. I also have it programmed for the day. It’s so much better than the old thermostat we had

    Product is relatively easy to program once it is set up, but one of our units began dropping out of communication periodically. The issue is being pursued with Honeywell.

    The device looks really good in pictures but its actually small about 2" X 3" . This device needs to have the C-wire (for power) if you have no C-wire do not buy as it will probably cause you to call a tech that will cost more than $100.00 to set it up. also poor installation explanation.

    I won’t do em heat and regular heat separate. It runs both together every time there is a heat call. I talked to Honeywell to confirm

    Do’t waste your money .. bad experience with Honeywell not replacing my Thermostat due to waranty expired .. don’t rely on a product that does not last for even 2 years .. not logic to replace thermostat every 2 years .. look for reliable brand.

    Like the thermostat functions, but the touch screen is not very good on one of them , very Disappointed since you can’t tell him to you install it!!!

    Honeywell was always a goto for this sort of thing. But the only update this has had of recent is voice assistant command capability. Where's remote room sensors? Where's ventilation control capability? Basically Honeywell has let Nest and Ecobee pass them.

    Love this thermostat! Love the easy to use app. I can freeze or heat the kids out of the house remotely! It requires a fifth wire, so there may be a need for additional installation steps -- that's my only caution.
