Well made good features easy to install easy to read easy to program very nice! Also it maintains temperature within one degree very well! If you have a two stage or multistage furnace, then just make sure to check if you have five wires leading to the furnace. if you do not have five wires going to your furnace/AC when you hook it up with 4 wires then you need to change the dip switch setting on the board in your furnace so the board controls the delay time to second stage heat because the thermostat is designed to do that but it will not do that unless you have five wires. But that's a problem with your wires (like mine), not the thermostat. Works wonderfully!

Works as advertised. I enjoy the real time reading and the ability to control via an app. I dont have to be home to see amd change the temperature. Great value for price easy install and easy to use.

Really needed a smart thermostat for my rental unit and I like this one a lot. Able to access remotely. Setup was easy and I am now able to control HVAC settings 40 miles away. Highly recommend over the more popular options.

After a little hiccup on installation, this works great. It's adjustable by your phone which I love. I have found I use that more then I thought I would. The ease of programming was wonderful. Large display. Easy to read. Shows outside temp, humidity outside and inside, inside temp, programmed temp, everything on one display.

Awesome thermostat, it has Wi-Fi and has a great display panel. I definitely recommend this and would suggest to make sure you follow the directions uninstall also make sure to turn the breaker off before installing this.

I like this product but it has one big flaw. I found it easy to install only because I was able to remove the panel from my furnace and see what colored lines were connected to each item. The instructions didn't really work for my furnace. I'm not marking it down for that. My big complaint is that the touch screen on the unit is terrible. I understand they want you to use the app for everything. But my wife is not "app friendly". If she wants to change anything she just goes to the unit. But the touch screen doesn't work well and she get frustrated. They clearly cheaped out on this thinking you would use the app 100% of the time. I don't fault them for this logic. It also doesn't seem to have notifications if the furnace goes down. Maybe it will notify me if the temp goes below the set temp but I don't see anything in the app that shows notifications for issues. Otherwise I found it easy to make a schedule and I'm mostly happy with the purchase.

We use this for our cottage/Cabin. We are aware and I want to monitor the indoor temp (possibly humidity) as well as the furnace setting. This works in the summer months as well so we can cool the house prior to arrival if needed, etc. It used to be that given our place up north was actually a pretty significant difference in temp from home I would be safe and set the temp to 52 degrees in the winter. i can now run that much lower and feel safe, if I see a cold snap coming I can bump the temp if I need a bigger buffer with the internal heat setting vs the expected outdoor temps, in case of a power outage etc. The unit works perfectly for this, its background can be brightened or darkened as well as the colors can be set to match what we want. There are emails I can receive if it loses connection (1 x occurrence in 6 months) and I do have this hooked up to Amazon Alexa and if I wanted not only can I change and check my temps from the phone I can just ask Alexa to do it as well. Overall I am very happy. Given the nature of our use I didn't need any proximity or geo fencing features. i also didn't want a thermostat that tried to learn my schedule as we are very inconsistent with spending time at the house, it may be every weekend or days within a weekend and then not back up for 3-4 weeks. Last thing I needed was a thermostat trying to figure out when to heat and cool based on our use. Its a keeper in our eyes. Energy company approved our rebate as well so that's a bonus.

display and installation was beautiful and painless, was not compatible with my system due to not having the Common wire. Keep that in mind before purchasing. (DOES NOT RUN ON BATTERIES)

I installed this unit when we replaced our old air conditioner. The instructions were straight forward and with the assistance of a you tube video everything went well. It sunk up with my wifi and the phone app worked great. I had my hvac installer do a follow up on my system after it had been running for a couple of weeks and everything was great. Very pleased.
