I had 3 of these installed about a month ago because I have 3 systems in one house. The Honeywell mobile app on my phone is awesome because I don't have to walk up and down three floors to adjust the thermostats in the mornings and nights! I have programmed them for different morning and night temperatures because each persons sleeping temperatures and waking temperatures are different. When some or all of us are out of the house, I can adjust each thermostat from phone. I have not had long enough to analyze the electric bills but I am sure that I am saving money. I had all 3 installed by licensed HVAC person in two hours. I downloaded the app on my phone and had all 3 programmed in 20-30 minutes.

Just had to replace the ac unit and decided to upgrade my thermostat. It was easy to program, and has a sleek look. I can’t speak on installation because the technician installed it for me. Don’t hesitate to buy it.

love this item. easy to pair with alexa. app on phone isn't working right. have set schedule twice and won't follow it. looks really nice, you can change screen any color you want.

I bought this to update my old style thermostat. I’m able to adjust the temperature while I’m not home to save money on AC and heat when not needed. It also gives your home a modern look. Very easy install. Just make sure you have a “power” wire.

Easy install Wi-Fi thermostat. Convenient to use. I was able to replace my existing thermostat by myself. Just snap a photo of the existing wire setup, label the wires as instructed, connect to new thermostat and you’re set!

This is our second Honeywell Home Thermostat. We were looking for a smart thermostat to better control the temperature in our house, particularly when we are away. The "vacation" mode offers much flexibility in allowing the user to set the temp as low as 40 or as high as 90. Not necessarily so with other brands! The "smart" thermostat that we replaced had a minimum of 55 degrees and did not reconnect after a power outage, causing us to overpay for unnecessary heating while on vacation. This thermostat has an intuitive interface that's easy to program and to set temporary increases or decreases. The wifi connection has been very reliable for us. The app is convenient. Also there's possible rebate from the utility company (submitted but not yet received).

I bought this to replace a standard thermostat. I'm very impressed by the features. The app works well and you can do everything from there once you connect it to Wifi. I recommend doing the schedules and everything else from the app once you get it up and running. It's a guided setup so once you mark the wires, follow the guide and connect the wires correctly, the install should be easy (if you're comfortable working with low-voltage wiring). Adding bonus is that the background color for the display is customizable.

Very nice compact thermostat. Easy to install and to set up. You can connect to wifi straight from the screen not like older models that were a pain in the rear. Nice bright touch screen.

We upgraded to this smart thermostat to allow us better control of our HVAC. It allows us to control our home temperature from our cell phone while on vacation. Has a better display than our previous thermostat and is much simpler to use.

Decided to upgrade my thermostat because I wanted one I could control with Alexa and/or on my phone. I am by no means an electrician or someone who is super hands-on. That being said, Installation was relatively easy as long as you have a "C" cable already wired. Once you get all the wires connected you follow the on screen prompts such as wifi connection, heat pump/forced air, etc. Be careful as to what you choose as that will cause the system to work properly or not. For example, if you choose that you have a two stage forced air unit, but in reality you have a one stage heat pump, obviously your system wont work right until you fix those settings. After everything is set up correctly, it is a breeze. You can schedule easily, change color, preferences etc. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to upgrade.

Quick and easy setup! It took less than 5 minutes to install and less than one minute to setup the wifi connection. The app is easy to use especially with setting up a schedule. I love it!

Its been working great. The app is not the best but you can set schedules and cobtrol from anywhere. I wish the app would let me screenshot on Android!

I recommend this to all my friends. I love the look and the function now my son can't mess with the setting because you can set it and lock it on that temperature and no one can mess with it.

Easy to install and set up. I use it to monito my AC function while away for months at a time. I can monitor humidity and temperature and check local weather. Works great.

The Honeywell thermostat was easy to set up and even easier to use. The app is super easy to use and it's so convenient. When we leave town for the week, it's nice to adjust the thermostat on the way back so the house is nice and cool.
