I bought this spur of the moment because the Amazon branded thermostat I previously purchased had problems with setup. This Honeywell took about 5 minutes to setup on my wall after installing a separately purchased C-wire adapter. This one includes a C-wire jumper but I already had the adapter so I used it. I’ve only had one internet outage with this device but it resolved within a few hours. Great smart home features like Alexa enabled use and iPhone app as well a useable easy to read screen for manual use.

Feature packed. Love having a smart thermostat. A bit of a pain getting a c wire to our burner, but once that was installed, set up was OK. Had some issues getting it to connect to my WiFi,once connected haven’t had any issues. Setting up a schedule is super easy, and I like having the app on my phone to change temperature. Love that I can tell Alexa to change temp too. I love the extra features such as outdoor temp, humidity etc and also that you can change the color on the screen.

Very easy to install and it comes with C wire so nothing else is required. Works great with phone and within minutes was able to connect with my home wifii

Easy and to the point..I like having access to it on my phone to make sure those pesky kids at home aren't using up all the energy on the Texas grid.

The installation was a breeze. Programming through the app is pretty simple, and adjustments are easy to make at any time. I like the fact I was able to match the background color to the wall.

The thermostat was easy to install and it is holding a solid wifi connection (unlike my last smart thermostat). It does everything I need a thermostat to do.

I like the sleak thermostat. I like that I can change settings with my phone or manually. I even like the color schemes of the thermostat.

There are so many options on the market, this smart thermostat is so easy for anyone to understand. Very attractive on the wall, fun to change the colors as you like for a different look.

Purchased this and life has never been easier as far as using a thermostat. Its nice to be able to control it using my phone.

The installation on this thermostat was a little more involved than others I have installed at previous homes, but the instructions were very thorough and it was operating in under an hour from the start of installation. The set-up is the easiest of any thermostat I have operated, and the temperature is very accurate. It also calculates how long it will take to get to the next temp setting and starts the furnace far enough in advance to be at the correct temperature at the set time. I love the outdoor temperature and humidity display and the weather forecast. I would recommend this thermostat to any homeowner.

We love this thermostat. It's easy to install and very user friendly! My favorite thermostat that we've ever had. Plus our gas and electric companies offered rebates on it.

Looked at Nest and ecobee. Very happy with this black Friday purchase for $100 (and received a rebate check from my energy company making it $0 out of pocket!). I really like that it gives inside and outside RH and temperature. Can give it voice commands with phone app or just telling Google to set a new temperature. The display is a lot better than the competition, in my opinion. Installation was a breeze; but, I was replacing another Honeywell that was not wifi and my home is a new construction. May be more difficult if you are missing a 'C' wire...?

Looks great and is easy to use! Very easy to install yourself.

So far, no issues with the product. Installation was easy. Usability is fairly simple. Full disclosure, ive not fully set up all the fewtures and functions but i dont anticipate any issues with that. Does exactly what is expected. The ability to change the colors of the backlit screen is a cool feature, as well. Would recommend.

I love my new honeywell. Been using their products for a while, but this is the best one I've used! Connects to my smartthings hub and my google home. Prefect for remote control.

Item was a little smaller than I expected, But really happy with it. Works like it should and like that you have the ability to change background colors.

This is the 2nd Honeywell thermostat I bought for my dad. I bought the first one a couple years ago for his house and he’s been dropping hints that he needs to get another one for his business, so I got him another one for the business. What I really like about this thermostat is that it’s easy to assemble and use. Take a picture of the wiring pattern that’s in place and repeat with the new thermostat. Thermostat walks you through the settings and allows you to control the temperature anywhere. My dad lives an hour from his business so now he doesn’t have to worry if he forgot to turn the a/c down before he left.
