Works great. Needed to make the connection to the C wire, but installation was easy and the app works great.

This unit was fairly simple to set up. I was concerned at first because the AC didn't turn on right away. It took about 5 minutes for the device to connect to the AC, but no issues since. Sometimes you really have to press on the screen to select something, but it is very simple to set up on the phone. I have been having some work done on my electric and every time I turn the power off and back on, it has no problem connecting to the internet on its own.

This is my second Honeywell Smart Thermostat. Says I liked the first one good enough to buy a second. I have two zones in my house. Replacement with the old thermostat was easy. WiFi set up was also easy. I have not tried to integrate it with Google as I don't change the setting all that much. The only time I use the WiFi feature is when I'm away. The app on my phone is really easy to use.

First time using a wi-fi thermostat and will never NOT have one again. This Honeywell thermostat is super easy to connect and the app is user friendly as well. I did have to call Honeywell to troubleshoot the connectivity and they were friendly, efficient and hooked me right up in a jiffy. Thank goodness because I somehow had the heat connected to the air conditioning in Texas. Whew!

This was a replacement Thermostat for an older Honeywell Wi-Fi that had failed. This thermostat is easy to install and get on-line. It works great with the Honeywell app on both our i-Phone and Android (Samsung S8) devices. You can also access the thermostat with (in our case) Alexa. It has a color screen that can be customized. One of the better features is the automatic temperature control. You can set a high and low range and the Thermostat will activate heating or cooling to maintain the range. It also reports humidity and shows the local weather forecasts.

Works as expected. Installation was a little hairy because of small wire and old arthritic hands.Looks good, Easy interface to navigate through. My only negative was the quality of the touch screen. If I have to touch a touch screen more than once, well I'm irked. Some day I use the screen many times, and if I'm double and triple tapping a screen !!!! To me that screams cheap build. I think this is a very nice piece if technology, but that screen. Customer service from Honeywell was excellent , customer service from Best Buy was a comedy.

Love this thermostat. Works very well and it will save money for me as I can turn up the A/C from my phone even when I’m not home and turn it down before I get home. I also like that I can change the colors.

Needed to run a third wire to make it work with my old wiring, but otherwise an easy to use system and setup.

My husband installed it in about 5 minutes. I'm the tech person and hooked it up to our wifi in about 5 minutes! We love it!

Put this in at my daughters house and replaced An old one connected to google hub easily And works well

We liked this so much. Unfortunately we returned it. The app was very convenient and useful and we miss the product and the ability to adjust the system remotely. Our heat pump has no axillary heat, but does have a fossil fuel kit and oil furnice for emergency heat. The progam gueue would run with E heat but the Aux/W/E terminal would call for oil heat while the outdoor compressor was running if the setting was too great-this is bad for our system. Our system needs a dedicated E terminal and I even thought of installing a simple manual micro switch. Too bad, because we miss the outdoor/indoor temp/humidity readings. It is a nice product. We recommend this product to anyone who does NOT require a dedicated emergency terminal.

This thermostat is absolutely the best bang for buck with all you get! Auto switching between heat and cool and you can control it on your phone. Colors are easy to see and can be set to match your decor. The info on the screen is useful as I now look to see the outside temp and humidity now as well. Overall, this is a very easy to use and inexpensive alternative to some of the other thermostats…

Easy DIY install for an very old Bryant analog thermostat. The instructions were clear and the kit included a wire to jump the missing C wire at the furnace. The programming is very intuitive and easy to do, unlike another thermostat I have used in the past. I installed this about a month ago so we will see about energy savings.

So far this thermostats is working great and installation was very easy. Also I love the easy app for phone access anywhere anytime.
