I'm so glad I finally purchased this. As a person whose body temperature fluctuates regularly, it is so convenient to adjust the temperature from my phone instead of having to get up and walk to the opposite of my home just to adjust it ALL DAY. I can't wait for the colder months to have my home warm just by the click of my phone well before I get home.

This was relatively easy to install even though both our systems did not have a C wire. The instructions were clear including how to add a C wire. I did not have to call the help line. It is so easy now to set and check the temperature even when we are out of town.

Does everything I want it to do, WiFi, alerts, cell phone app. Easy install and looks great.

This thermostat seems nice and it actually looks nice and seems to be easy to operate, however, I may have just gotten a bad unit which can happen sometimes. First after installing my air/heat would not come on then about 20 mins later it started up and started working. After this the issue was the thermostat keep my unit constantly running unless i actually turned it off. It seemed like the unit was not reading the temperature of my home correctly then all of a sudden the room temp would change and the system would shut off but 2 mins later it would read like 20-30 degrees higher then kick right back on. I took this unit off and put back my old nest thermostat and everything is working fine again. And my person opinion the app that controls the thermostat is not that impressive at all and does not communicate very well with the thermostat. However, like i said i may have just gotten a bad unit.

Really funny how people go in waves and buys products. Nest looked cool but to get to manual mode is not quick. This honeywell thermostat was easy to setup and since it's the same holes as older models, I did not have to fill or spackle the wall. The app was a little cumbersome to use. Not a quick response time navigating the app. I love that I can still have manual features like the old thermostat but can also use wifi and Google voice.

I've had several WiFi thermostats over the years. I travel for work and my wife is technically challenged. Having a WiFi thermostat that I can control from the other side of the world has been a blessing. This one is the best one so far. It was easy to install and configure. But it is also easy to control using the LCD panel (unlike the others I've owned). Just remember like all WiFi thermostats it requires power.

Great product. Works well no issues. It is stupid however that Best Buy will only let you post comments that are over 50 characters. DO not waste money on buying a thermostat with your alarm company.

This is a nice thermostat. It was surprisingly easy to install and is easy to use both at the thermostat and online.

This unit has made life so much better and easier being able to not only see the thermostat menu at a much larger scale, but the touch screen panel menu is fairly easy to use, and the app is extremely convenient. Turning on the AC is a matter of pressing 'Mode' then 'Cool' and then 'done' on the thermostat. Changing the temperature is literally just pressing the up or down arrow. No rocket science, there, heh. However. setting up the mobile app and linking it to your thermostat might be a bit tricky for some, so you'll definitely need to follow the instructions vs. just winging it lol. Although, the instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow! You'll need to know your WIFI info (WIFI network name and password) and type it into the thermostat manually, so that the thermostat is connected to your WIFI network. The thermostat packaging includes the particular numbers (on paper) that you'll need to then type into the mobile app to link it to your thermostat. You'll also need to setup a HoneyWell user login so that it stores your settings on the app. Once you get it all setup, you don't have to re-enter passwords again, as long as your phone or whatever you're using for the app has password saving enabled. I can't express how awesome it is to tap open the app and turn my home AC on from my phone. It may sound lazy, but if you or family members have health problems, it makes things extremely convenient and safer vs. having to go to the other side of the house to turn it on.

Love this WIFI smart thermometer. Beats the old style one we had. Love the app.

I use it in my business... Display is great & legible... Simple setup & my employees love it...

It works as eloquently as it looks. Works very efficiently and settings stay in concert with my schedule. Much many more options that the Honeywell I owned before this one. Looking forward to when I can actually use my holiday schedule versus having to put a permanent hold while I am gone. It has been fantastic so far and I love the ability to choose from a multitude of light colors. A definite great buy!

Bought these to replace older Honeywell models. These are night and day difference. I especially like the circulation mode. Also, no ridiculous wifi connectivity procedures, can all be done on the unit itself. Big improvement.
