Being able to control the temperature of my house from my phone and by voice is the greatest thing ever. However, if your wi-fi goes out so will your connection to this. I'd recommend a UPS for your router and modem. This thing looks great on my wall too. You can change it to any color and it is touchscreen. I'm now accurate on the temp and saving money!

Thermostat is installed and working. It has a fine line across the screen that is not seen from several feet away. Nice to be able to see outdoor temp for across the room. But outdoor temp is sometimes off by a few degrees but it’s info comes on line not from a local outdoor thermometer. Works fine with Trane unit.

Works like it’s supposed to. Install was easy even though it needed c-wire conversion. Easily connected to WiFi and app works well too. I like being able to adjust thermostat when I’m not at home in the event I forget to make changes to settings before I leave. Touch screen is little touchy and you have to use your fingertip to get it to work.

Unit was a bit harder to install then first thought (c-wire connection problem) , but in the end the unit seems to perform excellent . ~ Will be interesting to see how this unit performs in the summer with the air-conditioning usage (report back later on that) . ~ So far Iam happy with the unit in the start of winter . ~ So far I'd recommend .

This Honeywell Home Thermostat is very easy to use and gives you all the information you need regarding inside and outside your home. It works extremely well for regulating your house temperature. I highly recommend it.

It is easy to program and I love that it connects via Wi-Fi.

This was worth the upgrade. I think Honeywell is easier to use than Nest and looks better. I do wish their app looked better as it doesn’t look as slick as other apps.

Very effective and intuitive. I had the setup done by a contractor who was working on other things here. Easy to learn and program and requires minimum fuss. It is internet and Alexa capable but I have no use for either feature. I can pretty much set it, turn it on, and forget it. I got it on sale for a third off and that is a good value.

Took 15 minutes to install. While I do have a C wire I wasn't comfortable crawling into the attic to attach it at the furnace. So, I bought a 24 volt C wire adapter for $20 bucks. Works perfectly. Thermostat is up and running and the connetivity is terrific.

Better than complicated systems by Amazon and Google! Very simple to install and replace your old Honeywell unit. With a smartphone app, you can control it from anywhere. We don't set our temperature any more. We make changes on demand. The simplicity is the key. My AC technician is against Nest and other complicated devices.

This is a lot smaller than you'd imagine so keep that in mind. Also, the product specifications state that it's battery powered also. IT IS NOT battery powered so if that's an issue beware.

Loves it , works perfectly, great price . Easy to install

I had a two wire thermostat and had to run a new 5 wire run to the furnace, it took a little online research and volt meter to figure it out but is so worth it. I programmed the thermostat and it does all the work. The iOS app is also very handy for those days when plans change, just open the app and adjust. One less thing to worry about when heading out the door!

My HVAC company recommended Honeywell over NEST and Ecobee. This unit is fine. It’s going into a rental property, so I’m happy with it. Plus it’s a better price point. It’s easy to use and set up. User & app interface isn’t as nice as the more expensive versions of course. But still have WiFi control, that’s all I needed.
