Love this simple thermo stat unit. Had it for over a year and it has a clean sleak basic design. No issues. Installation was easy. Customer service from honeywell was helpful.

Great product thus far. Easy to install even tho I didn't a C wire. Thankfully we had spare wires in the thermostat box running to the furnace so adding the C wire was a breeze. Setup was easy and tweak are pretty quick to react. Downfalls: Not all the setup features are available on the app so you do actually have to stand in front to setup completely. App does work anywhere even if you are not on the wifi network.

Easy to install, easy to read. The first version of this TStat had an "Automatic" setting, where it would turn on Heat if it was cold, or AC if it was warm automatically. This version, you can only have AC on Heat off, and vice versa. The automatic really comes in handy in New England in the spring and fall where one day you need heat, the next you need AC.

Love that this thermostat is easy to install and use! Have it on my Alexa app, and the Honeywell app that is very user friendly. I love no longer having to get up in the middle of the night to turn the air up or down. Decided to get this one over the other more popular smart thermostats for its simplicity and easy to use display.

Well worth the cost to include installation! Out with the old and in with the new thermostat went so smoothly! Was recommended by a good friend as reliable.

This replaces a much older Honeywell electronic thermostat that became eratic when trying to change settings. This smart model was easy to install and setup; very easy to manage at the thermostat or computer and smartphone. If you have old wiring (C-wire not connected to furnace/AC) then it helps to have some experience with electrical circuits. Can set to show Celsius termperature.

Easy install! I installed it in less than 20 minutes. As you are completing the initial setup, it asks for your wifi password. If you enter the correct password, then the date and time fields are automatically updated, making everything so much easier.

great smart thermostat... adjust from home work even lying in bed :-) great for the money. looks good in home... only one issue, it doesn't automatic switch between heat/air. which normally doesn't matter but in the early part of fall/winter sometimes thats nice. if not for that it'd be a 5 star.

I wanted to be able to control my house temps when I was away and this was the way to go. I have an older house heating system and it was a bit tricky to get it to work with my equipment, but when I called the tech line, they were very helpful and walked me through the wiring process. Now I have better access to my heating/cooling and more control over my costs.

This was worth the upgrade. I think Honeywell is easier to use than Nest and looks better. I do wish their app looked better as it doesn’t look as slick as other apps.

This is a lot smaller than you'd imagine so keep that in mind. Also, the product specifications state that it's battery powered also. IT IS NOT battery powered so if that's an issue beware.

A great product at half the cost of the “nest” thermostat. Install was easy with a understanding of basic air condition wire color codes. red, yellow, green, white Brown and jumper. This is also explained in the instruction. Once installed just follow the instruction on registration and downloading the app. Daily and weekly programming is a snap.
