Very happy with the ease of hooking up and the functionality. Just make sure you have the C wire I’m existence already to hook up or may make it longer to hookup or an additional expense.

I love tech and this thermostat has it. Yes, I could check the phone for the weather forecast but why not look at it in the hallway. The best part is being able to control it while your away, so you don't have to come home to a hot or cold house.

Awesome WiFi thermostat. I installed and set it up myself in about 45 minutes following the step by step instructions. Now I can stay in the comfort of my bed instead of walking downstairs in the middle of the night to make adjustments. Even If I'm away from home. Very happy with my purchase!!!

Install took about 30 mins. You must have a power or C wire to operate thermostat. My power wire was pushed back in wall behind old thermostat. I had to connect power wire on hvac unit.I love the phone app as I can control thermostat from anywhere. The touchscreen is very easy to navigate.

Easy to set up. This is the second one . First one, had for a week , unplugged and reconnected and did not work again. Indoor temp. does not seem to change on this one. It always reads the same temp. it was set on. Example: A/C set to 72, raised temp. to 73 and indoor temp. went to 73 and A/C continued to run. Normally have it set on 74 and indoor temp. is always on 74 but A/C goes on and off. The outside temp. was 50 and inside it read 74. Home is not that well insulated and it was cold ! I do wish it would work as described.

Easy to install since we had all the required wires on our prior thermostat. This model does not have all the "learning" features of the best but does the trick. I wish the screen was slightly larger but it does the trick.

We got two of them to cover different areas of the house. We were able to set up timers, and use the remote control to override to suite changes in the weather from our phones. These devices have made a huge difference in our comfort and savings. They were also fairly easy to install.

This Honeywell unit does everything you would want it to without paying for the extra fluff that comes with a Nest unit. Well worth the money and it can pay for itself easily within the first year of being connected.

The installation was much more difficult than it should have been. The thermostat I was replacing was an older Honeywell model with no wifi connectivity. The wiring should have transferred EXACTLY as it existed on the original thermostat to the new thermostat. So, installation is not for the faint of heart. Otherwise, I like the thermostat and the fact that it integrates with Alexa. My one issue with the connectivity is that the only item which can be adjusted through Alexa is the temperature. You cannot change the mode (heat to AC and back) and you cannot adjust the fan from automatice to on all of the time.

Eady to install. The only thing I would warn a DIY'er is that you don't have to press down on the PIN when you install the wires as they break very easily. Other than that I enjoy the looks and easy to set up.

I love the ease of operating the thermostat and using my phone to do so.

Installs very easy. The only thing you have to make sure you know is what type of system you currently have or it's a little hard to program. The app is very functional and it sinks with Google Home so that all you have to do is tell Google to change the temperature to you want.

Had this thermostat installed and it works great! Love the fact I can use an app to keep a check on the temp in my house and control the thermostat.

Great unit by a well known brand at an affordable price. Sure, the companion app could use a little update, but it works with Alexa and you can control the heat and cooling in your house while you are away. Having a current outdoor temperature reading is a nice touch and the color schemes are customizable to match your wall color (or, contrast it, who’s to judge?) What more could you want from a thermostat? Just remember that since it’s a smart thermostat you need a C wire (or, figure out a way to sacrifice some functionality of your heating/cooling system to power the unit, or, call an electrician for install), but if you’re in the market for a smart thermostat you probably have that part covered already.

I bought this thermostat. It works well with my telephone. I can control my heat and air from my phone.

These are awesome! Came back for another to replace my upstairs thermostat after having this downstairs for a year. LOVE IT!

This is my second Honeywell WiFi thermostat along with the 9000 which is about 1.5 years old. I haven’t had any issues with either unit so far. Installation is fairly easy if you have a c wire available. Programming is simple and it works well with Amazon Alexa and the app is very user friendly.

Was easy to in stallcame with a lot of different features, but my wife didn’t have the patience to Lear how to use it and need something simple
