Works great! Has made managing my heater such a breeze!

Easy to set up. Easy to use. I love the fact that a light comes on when you touch the screen. That way, at night, you can see the temperature and get back to bed before the light shuts off.

This is an excellent thermostat. It's very easy to install and the mobile app is user friendly. No glitches and no issues with using the app or manually using the thermostat. Also, the thermostat is compatible with the echo dot and Google home mini.

This was an upgrade from Honeywell's previous model. It is fairly easy to use and program. My only complaint is touchscreen. It has trouble picking up our touches. We have to press the screen several times most times to get it to pick up.

Really like my Honeywell thermostat. Installation was well described and easy to do by myself. (I had the c-wire there, just not hooked up to my old one) Easy to use on the app on my phone. Would buy again.

This can do a lot of things for you. Using in a vacation rental for it is easy for renters to use. It lets me know what the settings are in the cabin and outside temps at the cabin and I can change the settings. It also keeps track of changing furnace filters.

Great thermostat. Easy to install, program and connect to WiFi. Really like that it shows the outdoor temp and humidity, and that it also shows the indoor humidity. The Honeywell TCC app is simple to navigate and easy to control multiple thermostats.

Great Thermostat. Was super easy to install and easy to program. The phone app works great can control it from anywhere with the app.

Does everything I need it to. Sync's with smartthings hub so all my items are in one place. No need to have a different app for everything. If you want to fully automate it by each day of the week it can get tedious but other than that its a great thermostat.

The device is easy to work I had my Hvac person to install it due to I didn't have a C wire going to my furnace for power.

Bought the Honeywell to replace an old non programmable thermostat. Chose this model because I didn’t see the value of the price difference of a Nest. I’m happy with my purchase. Does everything that neat does except for self learning & having more freedom for programming schedules. With the Honeywell you’re limited to two intervals during the day. On the bright side you have the freedom to close the screen’s background to match to your interior design. This great when changing the decor color of you, you easy update the screens color to match your home’s color. Overall I recommend this thermostat if you want modern features but don’t want to pay the price of a nest.

I was fortunate to catch this stat on sale. I purchased two for new construction, and my HVAC contractor was shocked at the price for the functionality it offers. It was simple to set up, and it is easy to use. I would buy it again.

This is a good smart thermostat as long as the relative humidity does not go below 10%. During the extremely cold winter, the thermostat showed 'sensor failure' until the ambient humidity rose above 10%. The error specifically stated to replace the thermostat. I had to research this problem on the Honeywell website where I was advised to dismiss the alert and allow 24-48 hours for the thermostat sensor to "normalize" and read the correct humidity. The "sensor failure" meant that the outside temperature, outside humidity, and the time did not display. It returned to normal when the temperature rose along with the relative humidity. It also helped to start running a dehumidifier in the nearby bedroom to raise the relative humidity. I probably would not have purchased this particular thermostat if I had been aware of this problem. I really like all of the features but I felt blindsided by the sensor failure notice.

Works great easy to use and convenient can change color themes

Very easy to install, I had a question on one of the wires. Their tech support was very good and knowledgeable. Thermostat works great and easy to read.

Since I live in 2 places this thermostat is a mind easer. I can always check if it is working no matter where I am. It is attractive looking. It is hard wired. No batteries!

The Installation was easy as advertised. I did have a minor question. The tech support was just as easy as the installation. Program it an forget it. It is a great device. Sync to Google home and my phone with no issues, confusion or delays.

Love this programmable thermostat & all of it's function. Like know outside temp, as well as, inside temp. Very easy to set-up/program. Installed by Geek Squad. Works with Google & Android phone app.

Had a Honeywell T5 preciously. Moved to another house and bought this one. Preferred the T5 for ease of use. This one does have more features, but a little more complex to set up and not really as easy to manipulate as the T5.
