I absolutely love this thermostat! It’s cheaper than the nest and works like advertised. Only issue I have is the update process in the mornings where the app won’t allow and changes until the update completes. This means I have to manually change the temperature.

All the other smart thermostats, I like this one best. I have tried several but I ended up putting this one back on and stopped looking. Does everything I need. I like it changes the background color

I had puchased a Nest and fought to get it to work right> Finally gave up and returned it for this Honeywell Thermostat. So much easier to use!

No issues. its been 6 months. Very easy to install. Had to do some extra adjustments and the YouTube video walked me through it. Works great.

This thermostat is really simple easy and helpful to control your house temperature from anywhere. Anyone can learn how to use it. Just download the app and it tells you step by step what to do.

I remodel homes and Love this Honeywell thermostat. I feel it is way better and less gimmicky than your nest or ecobee. APP/cloud interface is solid and it has a ton of capabilities.

Was really easy to install if you have any knowledge of how wires work and it has already saved me a TONE on my electric bill. This thing is so easy to use and the app is simple but gives me all the options I need. 10/10!!!

Bout this to replace older thermostat. Woks on phone and everything to be able to pull it up and use it to change temps in the house. I gave it a 4 because the instructions are not completely clear when you go from a 4 to a 5 wire. We had to go to internet along with calling a couple friends that do HVAC to help walk us though because we had issues at the end. I know you can short out things but we didn’t know we could short out a 3amp fuse into the unit. Luckily the 3 amp fuse was easy to get to and replace. We verified all the wireing and we tried to cut it on and we had no power to thermostat which prompted us to go to other sources to get it worked outS the instructions don’t tell you this can happen or what to do if it happens.

Great unit. Unlike old one this stays lit up always a you can read it across room and without touching it. Also great feature showing outside temperature and in and out humidity. However very pricey. Wait for sale.

Good unit for wireless control. Design is simple and function is user friendly. App and website are the same. I’m pleased for the amount spend vs smarter, expensive units

Great thermostate easy to install and program, Took me about 10 minutes. Very easy to set up to wifi. Easy to control with app. Nice easy to read control panel. Highly recommend.

I love, love this thermostat. I was playing with it today and this thing can do all kinds of things. I want to set this up with my Alexa, but I need to figure out how to do this. Thank you Best Buy for another great product.

You should know that this thermostat require a 'C' wire to power it. If you do not have a C or white wire it will not work, the C wire is the 24 volt power supply.
