Nice looking thermostat. Works great. Did need professional installation as it needed a c wire connection.

Honeywell is great in value, easy to set up but returned to the store due to compatibility issues with my furnace. I only have a heating furnace and a 2 wire system which has no common power wire, returned to store to purchase Google Nest learning thermostat which was more money but was a breeze to set up on two wire system.

It set up easy till I found out that it would not work with my ac unit.

I love the look and touch screen feature. I will buy one for my parents. Great if you have vacation property or cottage.

Thermostat works well but always stays lit which I don't like. Also finding the correct app (Total Connect rather than Resideo) and setting up through our utility company to get the rebate required phone calls/emails to both utility company and Honeywell which was extremely time consuming. Moved to a new house and bought a different brand!

Works perfectly. The phone app is user friendly also can be set online or with Alexa

I recently moved into a townhouse with multiple levels and each floor has a vast difference in temperature. However, the original thermostat was on the top floor, and anytime I needed to adjust the temperature for where I was in the unit, I had to trudge up and down multiple staircases in order to do so. Having an app where I can adjust the thermostat over my phone has made this so much easier. I would definitely recommend.

the original thermostat used 4 conductor wire this requires 5, once i replaced that it worked as expected

Nice display and easy to navigate. But it’s very bright at night and can’t turned off to a less bright color. If you have it in your bedroom you may will wake up in the middle of the night thinking that you have someone observing you with a flashlight.
