I would give 5 star if the screen was much bigger. It was kind of small.

This Honeywell thermostat works great (can use the online application too when out of town)

I wanted a Wi-Fi thermostat and my wife wanted the convenience of walking up to it to program it. This thermostat gave us the best of both worlds. I can operate it from my phone and she can walk up to it and operated by touch. It has worked flawlessly since we installed it. I would highly recommend this end it looks really good and it’s easy to read.

Purchased as a replacement for a programmable thermostat that wasn’t WiFi.

In short I love it in every regard (install, looks, wifi, web interface) EXCEPT one. That one is the number of times it cycles. A few infrequent reviews mentioned this, but so many were so positive I went ahead and bought it. After install I tracked every on and off of my unit on a mid 80's day (not in the upper 90's). The thermostat called the unit on about every 22:48 minutes for it to run for 7:27. So pretty close to two cycles per hour. The problem I have is the short run time. The old thermostat (19 years old) kept the house quite comfortable but the unit was called maybe once an hour and ran for closer to 15 to 20 minutes. That's half as many heavy power draw starts and much less wear on the motors. I am going back to the old thermostat. Honeywell Support was polite but to the point that 2 cycles per hour is less than 3 and so good performance for the thermostat. I hope this helps, the decision is yours.

It is nice and pretty thermostate, with outdoor tem., easy to set up and nice feature.

Love the thermostat and how it links with Alexa. I like that the display is big and it shows me the temperature outside also. The Honeywell website that you use to connect to the thermostat is not the most reliable. At first it took a while to connect and link because their server was down. Once you can connect it is a great product. Hopefully Honeywell works on their website.

Great and easy to install , i like the fact that we can change the background colors
