Does exactly was it says and the app is really easy to use. The thing I like about this is that it's super intuitive. It didn't take any time to figure it out as it's not a complicated devise. Sure it's not as trendy looking as a lot of others but the no frills factor and ease of use is a sell for me.

I love that I can control from an app on my phone. To have a lower light bill, being able to micro-manage your temperature is a good start. Sometimes I forget to raise my temperature when I leave. No problem! I can do so from the app. You can set schedules and you can be very specific with times and temperatures. Definitely worth the money

Installation and setup is not difficult. But I feel Honeywell is an out of touched company especially from user experience aspect: 1. once hooked up everything, my A/C guy was puzzled it only showed "heat" and "off" options, no "cool" option. Needless to say this is totally unacceptable under 98 degree Texas summer. After about 15 minutes struggle, I helped him to find you need add "cool" in one of hidden settings. Why? Why on earth Honeywell did not put both "Heat" and "Cool" as default????? 2. One day after installation, unit showed error message: "Problem connecting to internet." Of course once I saw that message I am in panic mood, with WFH and everything, cant imagine how you can live without internet. First check router, good; then check other devices: good. Then check this unit's WIFI: good. Then why the heck honeywell saying "Problem connecting to internet."? Then I brought up my phone, found out apparently Honeywell server was down! The correct, less misleading message should be: "Problem connecting Honeywell server".

Have had product installed for a short time. Looks great and easy to use.
