This 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" unit is easily read and adjusted.

Trying to cut utility bills so this should help. Have used it just about one mo., have cut the heat when not home from 9 am til 4pm, cut again from 10 pm til 5:30 am while sleeping. I won't one for sure until I get my srp bill but I am sure it is working. This should be really great when running the air !!

Amazing! Have it hooked up to my alexa. If im feeling to cool or hot i just tell alexa to change the temp without going to the thermostat. Install was ok up until its was time to operate. You have to do some tweeking with internal settings. Overall its working great.

I love that this is a smart Thermostat, but with the kind of touch screen technology we have nowadays, I expected this touch screen to be more responsive. There's times I feel I have to tap extra hard for this thermostat to register me changing something. I do like that it has a mobile app you can download and use that to make changes. Funnily enough, I use the app more than I do the actual thermostat now. The user experience just isn't that great with the actual device. It needs to be more responsive. Furthermore, the touch screen doesn't feel anywhere near the quality as the price I paid for this. The mobile app could be better, too. For example, I paid for this product, the least they could've done is made the app ad free--and on this point, why does a Honeywell smart thermostat mobile app have ads?

I think it works fine but I can’t say for sure because I stopped using the app when the new terms and conditions were pushed out a couple of months after purchasing it. After reading the revised terms, I deleted the app so it’s manual use only now.

I am satisfied, but just shy of assigning that 5th star because the product could use a few tweaks/improvements. Mainly, more color options for the screen would be nice, but more importantly, if I set the desired temperature, I would like the unit to apply air or heat appropriately to get to that temp. Right now, I have to choose a mode (air or heat).

There is a fixed diagonal white stripe pattern on the display. I find this very visually distracting. There isn't any color option I've been able to find to eliminate it. It is visible in the manual as well as some of the larger images on the Best Buy site so it appears to be by design. The thermostat seems to work well. I'm just very disappointed with the display appearance.

Fairly straight forward to install and easy to use app.

Unit is fine but best buy used a subcontractor to install it and they left a whole in my wall. Best buy would not stand behind the instalation and referred me to the insurance company of the installer. They denied the claim because they did install it and do not do drywall patch work.

I love all the features of this thermostat and it was very easy to install. The only thing I don't love is the touch screen really blows. I have to really push hard to select what I want if I am operating it manually. It's so much easier to pull out my phone and operate it from there.

Thermostat that I can control from my cell phone, need c wire or a less than 20$ ac adapter. I'm using a adapter till my next service call and will check with repairman if can run a new wire from equipment eliminating the need of ac adapter.

This was easy to install and set up initially. For some reason though after about a month of use, it’s started turning my A/C on about an hour before it’s supposed to. I’ve double checked that the time on the controller is correct so that’s not the problem.

Installed in no time!...now I can adjust temperature at will!

Easy to install in the wall and the UI is very good

This was the perfect replacement for my thermostat
