I like the smart thermostat, the only thing that I think I have the problem with is when I set something that I have to click done after that and I am not use to that. So, when I think I may be adjusting the fan or turning it off and I just click off and not done after it, it will still be running.

I had been wanting this for quite some time. As soon as they went on sale I purchased. Could not be more pleased with it. Very easy to set up and use. I really like the feature that lets you change the color of the touch screen to match the color of your walls.

Homeywell thermastat is easy to use and convenient

We really like the thermostat. It was a little more cumbersome to hook up than expected b/c our "c" wire wasn't connected @ the furnace, but we figured it out and it worked perfectly afterwards. The app and remote control ability is a definite bonus.

Ok, product the temp. Will automatically change from what I have it set on... Maybe it is a learning curve, but I have to keep an eye on it and change it back more often then I thought I would have too.

The back plate for this thermostat is so fragile 3 different ones broke while trying to install. The thermostat works fine and the app functionality is good.

Beautiful display, very easy to program either manually or with software. Homekit enabled. Unfortunately, mine failed after two weeks and I had to return it.

Excellent thermostat for our needs. I really like being able to adjust the settings from my phone or tablet.

This is a great wireless thermostat. You can also change the colors to match your decor.

This unit is a blessing since I am handicap. The fact that it is compatible with Alexa is a plus. And scheduling your air conditioner temps are a big plus. Love this unit

Registers every mo the usage and sends you an e mail with detail descriptions, I love it, a little difficult to set up and service department sucks and didn’t know what they are talking about but I was able to figure it out myself but it’s a great product other than that.

I was debating which brand to buy for a wifi thermostat. Glad that I chose honeywell. I bought two, one for the up stair and the other for the down stair. I like the display the most and the easiness of using the app. Working perfect so far !

Unfortunately I didn’t get to test this unit for long as my system did not have the appropriate wiring. Construction seems solid and the install was easy. Would recommend if your system is compatible with this unit.

At first, the touch screen seemed a little unresponsive, but I eventually figured out "how" to touch it. The app isn't very attractive but gets the job done. I'm happy with this. On the fence, if I would buy another for the downstairs unit or go with something prettier.

Love my three new Honeywell smart thermostats. I live in a four floor townhouse, therefore, we bought three, and will never go back to regular programmable thermostats. These are way more convenient and efficient

This is the 2nd unit I've bought. I DID have Geek Squad on the 1st unit, I purchased years ago. The coverage, JUST happens to die on me 1-10 years before "the unit itself died". So I'm mad about that. But I was "fortunate" to get a rebate through my electric or gas company was it ??? So I thought, I'll rebuy it, but at a low cost with Geek Squad for a longer term. Functionality wise, it's not tough to use, "once the wi-fi is activated and working". I don't know how to do all the fancy functions like vacation/weekly and times on it. Someone else may be more advance, then I am; on those.

works well with wi-fi and on cell phone it is also eligable for energy star rebate with proof of purchase

Very simple interface and schedule setup. App works great and makes it very easy to see current status and set schedule. Considered getting a more expensive Nest or Ecobee but honestly don't know what they would do that this wont (other than the room sensor for EcoBee.)
