VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...Dont buy it ! Buy a Google 4.genation Nest.. 10 stars for it.

So far it has worked but when setting it up, I got lucky that the 5th wire was buried in the wall and available at the furnace. It does not work with my furnaces most efficient setup but it does work when I moved the wiring onto the regular board.
