Works as expected. App works fine. You do need a “C” wire. Glad I didn’t need to spend more $$ on those other devices.

I purchased this for our rental condo. Wanted something nice but with an affordable cost and something that would be simple for renters to use but would also offer me remote wi-Di access. Had it installed by man AC technician but it was simple for him. One small surprise- if you set “vacation “ mode you are unable to change remotely.

My husband and I installed this thermostat in 15 minutes. It was very easy to set up and to understand how to program the thermostat.

Could use more features. Works as expected out of the box. Would buy again. Web app is a bit disappointing.

I have these in three properties and I can easily program them and control them with my phone. Alexa enabled, but I haven't tried it yet.
