Nice Combination of Cost, Featutures & User friend

Wanted something nice but with an affordable cost and something that would be simple for renters to use but would also offer me remote wi-Di access. Had it installed by man AC technician but it was simple for him. One small surprise- if you set “vacation “ mode you are unable to change remotely.
