Honeywell representative was enormously helpful in walking me through how to rewire from the air handler to the new thermostat. Feature rich and very easy to use once installed.

Also finding the correct app (Total Connect rather than Resideo) and setting up through our utility company to get the rebate required phone calls/emails to both utility company and Honeywell which was extremely time consuming. Moved to a new house and bought a different brand!

However the design for the wiring could be improved. Tight space trying to insert wires in the connectors. I have the Emerson Sensi at another location and the install was much easier and the app install was much easier. I like the options better on this unit though.

The numbers are easy to read and so easy to program. It can be programmed to work with Alexa and with the iPhone thereby eliminating the need to raise or lower the temperature.
