The only thing that bother little is when you install the app in different phones or Ipad, for some reason log you off and you need to enter credentials again. This is the only reason I don't give 5 stars, for the rest, it is a very good acquisition

Being able to turn down our a/c when my fiancée & I were on the way home was pretty cool. Now I will say we did hire an electrician because we were afraid of messing up with installation and we didn't have the correct wire to install the T9, but once it was installed everything ran smoothly!

Best smart thermostat for large houses

Then this is the smart thermostat to get! Replaced a failed Ecobee3 whom's sensors had issues staying connected, and the T9's sensors have stayed connected without issue (and the app shows signal strength). Just wish the promised HomeKit integration would arrive.

Decent thermostat

I have 2 complaints. One is not being able to turn light off and the other is not being able to track usage daily with the app.

Makes more sense to know the temperature of the room you are in rather than the hallway. This Honeywell works as promised. It just confirmed my master bedroom is 3-4 degrees different from hallway.

Individual room temperature?

(Sensors sold separately). So far I don’t have any issue at all and my new house feels warm in the winter time. Only downside to this product is installation and it was a little pain in the butt
