I bought this to install in my upstairs recreation room area but decided it was not necessary in the long run. Unit appears to be well made and probably would have worked well. Never opened the box so can't say what was inside but overall, service, delivery and user potential appeared good.

I liked the idea of the Wi-Fi thermostat. However, installation did not happen due to our house not having the correct wiring. This is NOT Best Buy's fault nor the installer. However, it would have been nice if we would have been made aware of a possible issue if we didn't have the correct wiring.

The more I learn all this thermostat can do the more I like it. It keeps the temp. exactly as you set it. The extra room sensor is a very good addition. We prioritize the bedroom temp. at night and the den during the day. I expect this feature will really help in the heat of the summer. Not cheep but comparable.

I really like this unit so far. I didn’t install it so I can’t speak to that but the user interface is easy to use and it is really nice looking. I like that I can make the bedroom where we put the sensor the priority at night when we’re in bed.

Love it. Great idea. Get cold in bed at night, no need to get up..."Alexa, raise the temperature on the bedroom thermostat 2 degrees" or "Alexa, Set the hallway thermostat to 70 degrees" you can set the temperature from anywhere in the house you have a speaker. Installation took some time, but not difficult to do.

I haven't had these installed yet so can't really comment other than after taking one of the package the quality looks good and I am looking forward to the advertised functionality. I will update after I've been using them for a few months. Best Buy asks for reviews way too soon.

Product takes some electrical understanding to install. Seems to work well but comes with only one sensor. Overall good not great but for the price compared to competitors with similar quality and features it works well.

Geek squad did the installation.They new what they were doing and helped me set everything up.

We bought this for a 2nd place we own. It’s get to be able keep track of the temperature when we’re not there. We can watch our outdoor pump house to make sure our water doesn’t freeze.

This is a simple but effective unit - replaced an ecobee. Needed a unit that would set temp in a room during certain hours without averaging temps in different zones. This unit does that with proper programming

Love the big screen on the wall you can see the temperature easily. Than I use the phone to change the temp in the room.

Ive had Ecobee and Nest. I prefer Ecobee but decided to try the T9 for looks and a simpler software system since we only have heat in our house and no A/C. As time has gone on, the thermostat seems to be learning and getting better. However, as noted by some, a smart thermostat and sensor will not fix an unbalanced central air system. So, the programming thermostat probably would have been sufficient for us but decided to stay "smart" with just okay results.

This unit with the one sensor keep my home much cooler than my old Honeywell. My upper and lower level stay around the same temp ( how does it do that). Easy to setup and use. Looking to buy more sensors

Disappointed with this product from a company like Honeywell. We couldn’t get the temperature sensors to work properly. They were reading way off. The thermostat made our units run a lot more than necessary for some reason and there’s definitely no savings if you’re looking for it. The app is also a huge negative. Very buggy and difficult to use.

Like the thermostat for the most part. Only con is there is no wall plate for it, so I had to do some patch and painting from my hold horizontal unit.

Both units lasted a couple of months past their warranty period. Both failed and show waiting for equipment. Replaced with a new thermostat and all is well.
