After trying several smart thermostats this unit really makes a difference in balancing temperatures throughout your home using the smart room sensors.

Not the best to install. I returned it and purchased the nest.

Upgraded from the T5. The remote sensors are a nice addition allowing temperature control priority in specific areas during the day.

Overall it works as should but sometimes app goes off line

Buy this and add sensors. This has been a great addition to our house. We use it to control a single unit for a two story home. It has saved us a ton of money and makes balancing the temperatures easy as pie by knowing which vents to close to keep rooms at similar temps.

I love this thermostat! I think my home is cooler since installing it. And I also got a $100 refund from the power company!

What a great idea being able to put another sensor in another room and being able to control it off just one thermostat

Love how simple it was to program. Overall already seeing a huge difference in how often my system kicks up. Very accurate in temp.

Disappointed with this product from a company like Honeywell. We couldn’t get the temperature sensors to work properly. They were reading way off. The thermostat made our units run a lot more than necessary for some reason and there’s definitely no savings if you’re looking for it. The app is also a huge negative. Very buggy and difficult to use.

Bought it on sale and couldn't be happier. It looks so nice in my house and have received several compliments. Highly recommend.

Replaced an old builder grade thermostat to modernize

Love the sensors and being able to set priority by room occupancy. Helped me see which rooms needed new duct work, or solar screens too.

Looking forward to all the benefits of this thermostat. Specifically the 5 wire conversion.

So far I love it. I get feedback on the app. Would like to see status of equipment real time but overall a winner

Installed and setup in less then a half hour. Controls are easy and can control through my google home now. Really like it.

Ive tried Nest, ecobee and this. What I like about the Honeywell was the room sensors. They were less expensive, looked nicer and used AAA batteries which are easier to find. The setup for honeywell was easier than the other two especially with the room sensors. What i hated… was the screen. I’m 6’1” and at the height of the Honeywell’s screen would be off. I would have to bend over read it clearly. I chose to go with the ecobee for a couple reasons 1) it integrates with more 2) The Ecobee premium is one of the only that shows you air quailty. 3) the screen was nicer.

Smart thermostats are definitely the way to go. I’m not at home a ton so it helps a lot.

Before you buy you must know! You have about a 50/50 chance of being able to get the app to work with this thermostat depending on the type of WiFi setup you have. It will not work with mixed 5ghz/2.4ghz networks. You must have independent 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks in your house for it to work. I’m not redoing the network settings for every device in my house so I’ve resigned to not using the app and just controlling it at the thermostat. It functions well this way but the price premium I paid for app access is going unused and if you bought your router in the last 3 years you will most likely have the same problem.
