This thermostat had fixed a long time problem with the inconsistent heating throughout the house. It also identified an incorrect wiring that the previous installer did that likely caused the problem with our multi zone system. I highly recommend.

So the T9 has done exactly what it says it will do, easy to install, works great in our two level home with a zone controller and multiple room sensors!

Works well. App EZ to install. Mobil app EZ too. Got 2 units, for 2 houses. Going to be nice using only one app.

Easy to install and setup . I can remotely see and get notifications about different room temperatures.

Love this thermostat. I’m not that tech savvy & I can program and control it with ease. Great to set it for different times of the day.

Tried the ecobee3 and the nest but thise did not work in my home. The T9 worked very well and was easy to program and install

This is a great smart thermostat and very easy to install. All the features of Nest for 100 bucks less. Highly recommend.

Has worked very well so far, its give us lots of different options, easy to ease. We have 4 sensors. Easy to load on phone and use also.

Love this thermostat! I've had a wifi thermostat for years, but wasn't very good at changing the temperature when I left the house, or while away. Now, the T9 takes care of everything automatically. Geofence technology works as expected. Make sure your data/battery saver settings/apps don't affect the Honeywell Home, or location background operations as it needs internet access and location services to work correctly. Once it's set up, you don't ever have to think about the thermostat. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I only have 1 system o my house so upstairs was always to hot are to cold. This tstat solved the problem.

Thermostat was easy to install and program. It was even easy to connect it to Alexa. Very happy so far.

Set up was a breeze! I have only had it installed And functioning for two days, but impressed so far.

I don't know if this will be any help but this thermostat would not work on my system. I am a renter and the management would not allow me to alter any wiring. This thermostat requires a "C" wire. I was hoping to replace a non-smart Honeywell thermostat that did not have a "C" wire and when I hooked up wire-to-wire it did not work. I tried to connect another wire to the "C" terminal it still did not work. The management said I would have to hire a professional to figure out what was wrong and then I would be responsible for any malfunction of the HVAC. So I returned the unit. By the way the HVAC does work with a NEST thermostat so maybe the thermostat was bad out of the box. I'll never know. I had hoped it would work based on reviews of this vs NEST. I gave it Average ratings because I don't know how it would work if had connected.

Ease of operation could be better. does a good job maintaining temp in the house.
