Lots of power for great pick up (I have a cat) and no cord to deal with - just grab and go. I consider it to be one of my “Best Buys” ever! When it dies, I can only hope they’re still manufacturing them.

The canister is easy to remove but impossible to seat properly after emptying and pops out too easily. It'll pop out with the slightest touch when vacuuming under beds, low tables, etc. Today the latch to empty the canister broke - after only 6 uses! We are past the return period by 8 days! Save your money and buy a different stick vacuum.

The battery will die on you though. Mine lasted less than a year. Their warranty is six months. I didn't check the warranty before I bought because I thought Hoover was a reliable company, but that's my mistake. Hoover will tell you to go buy another battery for $70 or something. Would not recommend.

After following trouble shooting through the manual, customer service doesn't have any other solutions for me. I wish this was my only experience w/ Hoover customer support, but this is my 3rd time, over my lifetime. So, I guess that's on me. But you can pick a better company.
