A: Hi there! The Linx Signature is newer and has not had as many reviews as the original Linx model. The biggest feature change for the Linx Signature is that it has a high capacity dirt cup to hold more debris. Hope this helps! -Karissa, Hoover Customer Care
Q: How long does a full charge last while vacuuming??
A: About 20 minutes which is longer than other stick cordless vacuums. This vacuum is awesome!! It's changed my life LOL! It's way way better than I ever thought it would be. I researched all of the stick vacuums, and this came on top. So glad I got it!!
A: Yes, you can access the roller but it requires removing 7 screws on a bottom plate of the machine - no big deal.
Q: where on the vacuum do you put in/on charger?
A: The battery has its own charger which plugs into a wall outlet.
A: Yes, the roller brush will stay off on the vacuum’s first power setting. On the vacuum’s grip, a little wheel you flick to each setting, flicking it forward just once will put you in suction only mode. The second setting runs the brushes.
A: Hi Snoppydog! You can leave your battery in the charger for long periods of time, but we don't recommend to leave it on for longer than two weeks or more. The battery will hold a charge for a long time, as it is a Lithium-Ion battery. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care
Q: Will it harm the battery to leave it on the charger?
A: The Hoover support folks told us not to leave it in the charger after it reaches full charge. It will shorten the battery life they said.
