My only complaint is when you use the hose and stretch it out the vacuum may tip over. I had this same problem with my last vacuum and appears to be a common problem. however this vacuum has a longer hose so tip over is less likely to happen. But all the feature and the power is worth the purchase.

This is the vacuum I chose to replace it with and so far so good. Great pick up on carpet and it pulls hard enough on the floor to make it seem like its self propelled.

Worked really well at picking up dust and hair from carpet as well as vinyl flooring. I feel like the holders for the attachments could've been designed a little better, but besides that, it worked great!

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vacuum. It took me a while to research and find the right one, but I'm glad I found this gem. Get your money's worth. extremely versatile and flexible around edges, tough places, etc.

Is not as light as the shark vacuume. I held back on the 5th star bcus i didnt like i had to unscrew so many screws to clean the hose close to the roller

I love how it picks up anything in its path leaving my carpet looking well conditioned and clean. I highly recommend this and will not hesitate to purchase another when needed. But the extended Warranty too!!! The returns are never questioned . The Service is awesome at Best Buy
