I love the strong suction this vacuum has. I've always been told Hoovers are excellent! Now I know for sure! My entire apartment feels like I had carpet cleaners come and clean my carpet! I definitely recommend this vacuum to everyone I know!

I love this thing!! It handles every type of floor and has a super long cord. My only issue is it IS a tad bit heavy, probably a good thing the motor actually works

Cancel your gym membership! Using this vacuum is a workout in itself. I got calluses on my "steering" hand after operating this tank. Ah, the design flaws, let me count the ways: The cord has a ribbed texture, so it sticks to itself and knots up easily; the cord exits the fuselage too low, so you have to hold it in your free hand or it will drag on the ground and the wheels will get stuck on it; it weighs a ton!; don't empty the cannister inside the house or you will be engulfed by a dust cloud: the powerhead is too big to reach under the furniture, and too wide to maneuver in bathrooms or closets; it is too wide and heavy to use on stairs and the weak stair tool is air-driven so the minute the little roller encounters carpet it stalls; the hose is so stiff that the unit will tip over anytime you reach with the removable wand; did I mention the weight?; the running lights are dim and useless; you will break your nails pressing the wand release button. Good attributes: good suction, big dirt receptacle so you don't have to empty so often. If you have a big, ranch-style home with wall to wall carpet and very sparse, unbreakable furnishings, then this may be the vacuum for you!

This vacuum works very well, the attachments are convenient, but like all vacuums, it is louder than I like, but quieter than our old one.

This vacuum is easy to maneuver and good at picking up dog hair. Wish the hose/extension was longer for high ceilings and narrow spaces.

This vacuum is a life saver. I use it once or twice a day because of my fur babies knack for leaving fur everywhere. It's pretty to easy to lift going up and down stairs. It also locks in odors once sucked into the chamber.

I have a German shepherd and this vacuum works great to get her hair up, and I love that it detaches so you can vacuum stairs easily!

I don't think I could've gotten better for the price, it does really well on the carpet and kitchen floor. The suction is so nice that we we're able to vacuum out our vehicles with no problems and the power cord is plenty long.

Had this for over a year now and it hasn't failed me yet! I have 3 dogs and this vacuum is able to keep my rugs hair free!

It.comes.with.headlights. I never knew I needed a Vacuum with headlights until I bought this. This is probably my favorite appliance in the house as I have a cat and two dogs that shed A LOT.

This vacuum is really good. It is very good at pulling all the dirt and stuff out of carpet. It’s suction is very thorough. Highly recommend this vacuum. Our last Hoover vacuum lasted over 10years.

As a vacuum cleaner, works pretty well. The pet extension brush roll isn't quite as good as it's claimed to be, but it mostly does the job.

I bought this because it firs in places my standard vacuum wouldn’t. Picks up great. I was shocked the first time I used it how much dirt it picked up after I had just vacuumed with my old one.

I like my Hoover - PowerDrive Upright Vacuum because it leaves my carpet, wood & ceramic floor very clean. This is the best vacuum cleaner in the last 15 years so far! Great value as well.

Easy to assemble. Good suction and rolls easily on the carpet. Easy to empty canister.

We bought this because the one we had before was excruciatingly noisy. This one, albeit still noisy it is my easier on my old ears.

Good vacuum - very powerful. Plug does not fit perfectly in outlets and will come out easy. Otherwise, does the job.

Had a dyson prior for about 7 years it finally gave in I feel this was a fantastic deal for its price

Bought this to replace my Dyson animal Cat hair .. disappears from the carpet ... Just wish the attachments could attach to the machine rather than in a bag .. which one could misplace .. have not done tat yet.

I could feel the vacuum pulling at the dirt on my carpet and floors. Could not believe all of the dust. It took me a minute to get used to the swivel handle on the vacuum cleaner.
