I absolutely love it, it was easy to assemble and works just like the professional ones without the professional price. I purchased it on sale after reading nothing but great reviews and I am loving it. I am beyond satisfied.

Was just able to use my Hoover Steam Vac Plus Carpet Cleaner and I just love it. It was easy to put together and cleans very well. Also it pretty light to work with.

I really enjoy it. It’s easier to use than the larger rental industrial cleaners. I use it every 1-2 weeks now and my carpets are so much cleaner. Negatives. Does not deep clean like an industrial but good for general cleaning. Also if the the bottom tank isn’t on perfect, it won’t sucction.

Dries fast, but trying to clean the brushes sucks. A lot of muck can get stuck and won't come out of the bristles.

This gets the job done. The attachments are difficult to switch. I also wish the cleaning containers were easier to empty. But overall, it does a pretty good job of cleaning the rugs. Worked great on my shag area rug as well.

Have a 8x10 piece rug on hardwood, so had to take it out to the patio. Wasn't sure how it would clean or dry on concrete, but gave it a try. Next morning it was clean as new and dry. We could just see all the dirty soapy water coming out of the carpet, so we continued to put just water in the tank until the suction water was clean. Easy to operate after a little OJT. Great product for the price.

This is the great product, this is my 1st hoover steam carpet cleaner and I am so pleased to experience its performance. my apartment rooms carpet look so clean after cleaning with this carpet cleaner.

Bought this cleaner instead of renting a machine and boy was it a GOOD investment! Amazing how easy to use and the amount of dirt it pulls in!

Easy to put together, took me only couple minutes. Only three screws and pop some stuff together and you can start cleaning. I first cleaned my carpet and i feel it left my carpet cleaner that when i used the home depot rug doctor machine. and Defenitely not as heavy. I then tackled the the sofa since i had a family get together and little kids suck. i really love the machine and i am happy with my purchase.

Needed something to clean multiple floor surfaces. This one does for a decent price. The hard surfaces brushes were not included but the carpet ones worked fine. Same for solution although I just used ammonia.

This is a good carpet cleaner for small home. Easy to use except when u want to use the hand-held brush to clean furniture... Too many things to attach

We like to shampoo our carpets twice a year and it occurs more often if children get sick and throw up all over the carpet. The quality of the clean is fantastic and it does not leave the carpet extremely wet. The heat cleaning feature allows for the shortened dry time and the machine is easily pulled apart for easy cleaning. I am really satisfied with this product.

This steamer works very well at keeping carpets clean from stains and smells, which is not an easy task with dogs!! It is very easy to use and maintain. I will never rent a steamer or have my carpets professionally cleaned again, this steamer does the trick and works better than expected. You can use most steamer cleaning solutions found in grocery and super stores, just read the labels. Makes life's little messes not such a big deal! = )

Great cleaner used it on our carpets that haven’t been cleaned in years. Turned out very clean

This machine works great. I had no issues using very easy to work. The only thing I will say is that it is a little loud.

Does it's job pulling dirt well but feels a little cheap. No issues so far. Would be 5* if it felt a little more solid.

Bought the Hoover after going through 2 Bissells that had the same problem. So far I'm glad I purchased the Hoover easy to use and gets the job done. We recently got a puppy so I needed something dependable. Its a little heavy for me but I can still use it.

Wanted a carpet cleaner that can clean large rooms furniture. This one fit those needs and has worked great!

Not actually a "steam" cleaner but it works great for most ordinary stains. I used one for over 20 years (not constantly, but as needed) and only had to buy this replacement because my original got broken in an interstate move. This model is basically identical and cost less than the original.

It cleans my carpets fast and does a good job. I love the extra parts for doing steps and furniture also.
