I checked several other steam vacs online and in the store this had the extra for pet hair which we needed because our dog does shed a lot. Then when we tried it here at home it did very good job cleaning the carpet.

I bought this carpet cleaner, I've never owned one, I've always paid to have our carpets professionally done. I actually like having this machine better than having to have a company come in to my home. I can just clean the high traffic areas and it does a super good job. I haven't used the upholstery cleaner yet but if it works as good as the carpet cleaner, I would highly recommend it.

This machine is easy to use. There is no heavy lifting, the reservoir and the fill tank are just the right size and easy to remove and reinstall. It cleans good and can be used on carpet and hard floors by switching the brush speed.

I am very happy with this carpet cleaner. I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles. I just need it to clean carpet and I like what it does. It does not leave a lot of water in the carpet so the carpet dries fast also it does not weight a ton.

I have two kitties and need to cleanup after the messes they make on carpet. This unit is perfect, not to heavy to move or carry upstairs. And has a hose and hand unit for stairs and furniture. Easy to clean up and store.

We’ve owned different steam cleaners and overall they worked satisfactory. This Hoover is superior to the others. It does well to clean the spills and also much better at sucking up the water and soap it used, leaving the carpet with less water and allowing quicker drying.

Purchased this after verifying through multiple online reviews. Some stated the container solution gets used pretty fast, and have to say that may be the case depending on the amount of water you use, so the length of time is in your hands. Great purchase I must say, and it pays for itself if you decide to call a professional carpet cleaner. Now this device compared to professional devices is in no way shape or form close to being the same but spot cleaning is outstanding. Almost get anxious when using just to see how dirty areas are that need to be cleaned. Its been a few months of ownership and used about 5 times, very happy with the purchase and hope to use it many more times in the future.

Very good carpet cleaner, my last hoover carpet cleaner was a huge dissipointment ( purched 3 years ago) however this cleaner is much lighter in weight, and dose a great cleaning job even in high traffic area's.

I continually get Hoover with the dual tank and spin scrub when I replace my old SteamVacs. I have tried a Bissel, but prefer this type. I'm very happy with the features and the way it works.

Has worked wonders on getting spots out of carpet.

Tried other brands and they failed to live up to the reviews or broke in 1month. Would definitely our purchase more Hoover products!! Happy with the results! Buy a large bottle of cleaning solution though-you only receive a small free bottle.

Work Great, I feel like it deep cleans! I have a cat who throws up occasionally and always on the carpet, and it completely cleans it up with no stains! It’s a little heavy to move around, but very easy to use! Very happy with it!
