Bought this to replace my old machine. All I can say is WOW, the first time I ran it; the dirty water was so dark, I could not believe it. I had just used my old machine less than 1 month before. I live in an apartment and have dogs so I like to do the carpets about once a month. Needless to say I have used this all over the house as well I have used on my Large living room carpet that covers the other carpet, looks brand new! easy to use and easy to put together. I would buy again in a minute!!

Love this shampooer. Does the job, doesn’t leave carpet too wet, love the attachments. Had the older model and now quit working, and it lasted for 8+ years. Great brand to buy.

This product did a good job cleaning. I was surprised how much it picked up. We had a pro do this job once and it got traffic places cleaner than he did.

I needed to clean a badly soiled wall to wall carpet in an apartment, so I purchased the Hover SteamVac. This machine did an awesome job, and saved the day. I used the SteamVac on a dirty old Oriental carpet later, and was very impressed with the job it did there too. It's okay on bare floors, but nothing special, though I understand there is an attachment for bare floors that might improve that function. Great on low nap rugs and carpet!

Exactly as described. Not a commercial unit by any means but worked well with our low/medium carpets. Eliminated pet odor well. Instructions weren't the best but not difficult to assemble.

Cleans carpet perfect. Very easy to operate and maneuver as is very lightweight. Love it.

Works great! It really gets out the dirt and stains. It is heavy though so I don't try to do too large an area at one time. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven't been able to figure out how to attach the tools for doing small areas & upholstery. I was hoping they had a video online to show how to do it but they didn't. I emailed but the response was to call and I do better with visual instructions.

Gets most of the stains out. Worked for 80-90% of stains on carpet ...Also is easy to use.

Very sturdy. Gets thr deep down dirt. The soap leaves a delightful after smell.

I was amazed at how well this cleaned my carpets! It worked on pet stains that had never come up completely with my old Bissell small machines. The only drawback is that it is very heavy and my arm got tired, but I just did small areas at a time. I haven't had any need to try the hand held attachment yet & have ordered the hard floor attachment to try on my tile floors.

this works really great. I love that it automatically stops collecting water when the compartment is full.
