I contacted the warranty company and was told the would fix or replace the vacuum for free, but I would have to pay for shipping there and back. To ship something that heavy and big would have been $25 one way. I will not be going through with getting a replacement and instead going and getting a new vacuum from another retailer.

Okay Vaccum. but incredibly loud

But problem is that over time the rotating brush is clogged with hair which you will need to remove and is a multi-step process. The unit is incredibly loud and when vacuuming you can pretty much assuming nothing else can be done at home. Also the rotating brush may also be a bit bad for the carpets. I can vouch for this, but I see a lot of carpet debris every time in the bag.
