This our second one of these and we love it! We abuse the heck out of our vacuums and suck up stuff we definitely should not. If we did not abuse it so I sure it would last five or more years. While this is not an old time Hoover (gee i wish I had kept that one!) it will last with abuse for over a year without loosing suction. We use our old one outside and it still has more suction than many of the models when they are brand new out of the box. The lower price keeps the arguments down about how it is used which means no one in the house has an excuse to not use it all of the time. The pet attachments are the first we have found that actually work without monumental effort on the part of the user. We also really like the roller brush off option. We have not skinned any rugs since getting this model. We just forget to turn it back on sometimes. A friend thought hers was broken because she did not realize the option existed on this model. Only lacking feature is the cord rewind is weak.

Worked well when operable. Belt stretches over time. Had to replace the belt multiple times over 3 years like clockwork.

Attachments fall off for no reason. The lower filter is very hard to remove. The auto cord return never worked correctly. Sometimes it won't pick up anything & other times the units suction is too much which makes it the unit hard to push on carpet. I wish I could exchange it. I believe it's a lemon. I've had this brand in the past, units we built much better than the one I wasted my $$$$ on.

I read quite a few reviews for this product and also asked some of my coworkers their opinions on it since they owned this item already, and overall it sounded great. Got it home, put the vacuum together, and when I tried it out there was almost nothing in the container after vacuuming my entire apartment. I have 2 pets so there's ALWAYS hair everywhere. I ended up sticking with my 4 year old vacuum as it did a much better job.

For the price, it works well. The construction and performance is about what you'd expect from a product of this price.

The worst vaccum ever! The first time I used it for about 5mins and it turned off! I had to wait a whole day for it to turn on again for another 5 mins!

I bought the Hoover - WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum on 03/04/2015. Today 08/23/2015 is not even 6 months and it's BAD. I even don't use it every month.

The rotating brush on the upholstery head relies on suction to turn the brush. It absolutely does not work, it sucks, and I don't mean in a good way. The instructions on the box tell me not to return to the store I haven't called over yet to find out how to resolve this, perhaps this week.

A decent vacuum overall. After you use it a couple of times you will have to clean the filter because it looses suction power.

Plastic is the new quality. I've had Hoover Vacs forever and this is not the quality of the one I bought 20 years ago. It SUCKS for sure.

The one problem is the retractable cord ,which doesn't return properly, and has to be fed in manually while pushing the button.

This vacuum wasn't great but ok. When it wasnt clogged it did a good job, however it constantly clogged.

Opened it up, put it together in minutes, turned it on...... POP..... WHIR... WHINE. Dead. Belt snapped upon turning it on. What a pile of junk!

Ah, really really bad, is a nightmare to use that thing on a carpet rug....I would not recommend that product ever again to anybody I know....

Somewhat expensive. Does what it says but needed a vacuum in a hurry. Shame it was not available on sale

It worked fine then after a couple of months it just randomly stopped working. I’m glad I bought the warranty

I guess I’m used to a Shark but this vacuum is hard to push around. Works well on picking up pet hair.

This vacuum is just ok. Price was good, but sometimes doesn't pick up everything it should and gets hot to the touch.
