Q: We do not have carpets only laminate how is this for sucking up cat hair?
A: Very good! We have multiple cats and dogs, hardwood floors and this works very well.
Q: Should I use this product if I don't have a pet? Or is it okay to use it for regular cleaning?
A: You should totally use this vacuum! It is simply incredible, you can seriously use this vacuum for anything! It will even suck the bad habits out of your life (if you have any), that is how good it is! Do it!!
Q: How much does this vacuum weigh?
A: The WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet weighs 18.3lbs.
A: power cord is about 25 or 30 feet. It has a nice cord rewind. Works great so far. If I had to guess, this vacuum is a little quieter than our old vacuum. Not that loud.
Q: My Dyson is a pain in the neck and loses suction! Does this Hoover lose suction?
A: Mine has never well once but was clogged up with a Jenga block and dog hair
A: Hi Courtney! There's most likely a clog in the hose. You will have to remove both ends of the hose off of the cleaner. To do so, push the gray clip located on the hose holster to remove one end. The other end of the hose is connected to a gray tube that goes up into a curb sealing the dirt cup. Twist the solid portion of the hose that is connected to this tube counter clockwise in order to unlock. Once unlocked, pull the hose down to release.
