I am using this from past 3 weeks and, it is a great Vaccum cleaner, well it is not so great as expected for the pet hair cleaning.

Purchased this in early January. It's now mid-April. Three weeks ago, the cord stopped retracting. The vacuum part is adequate, but the cord feature was one of the main reasons I selected this model. I don't have the time or the patience to go thru the hassle of reordering & returning it.

The brush does not stop when using the hose. Burnt the carpet where it stood! Returned it immediately.

Before the vacuum broke, it worked perfectly fine. By no means was the vacuum put under high stress because it was used on short carpet in medium high and in a pet-free household. After 2 uses, the belt on the vacuum tore & made loud noises! I tried to get it fixed/replaced at my local Best Buy but according to them, they could not do anything about it because it was an "online order". This apparently also meant that I was ineligible for a product return or refund. They even went as far to recommend me to not order Best Buy's products online! This all happened within the month of purchasing this vacuum, so the return policy should have been valid. In short, this vacuum works fine when it isn't broken and if you choose to buy it, buy it in person.

Price is good but not a great of quality. Didnt last long and stopped picking the dust

Good Vacuum but tougherto push than my last vacuum, Almost feels like I missed the self propelled button.

I do not recommend this item. Has a loud sound and noisy.

I bought one of these and it broke within a few months....hoping that this one last longer.

I have a golden doodle and she doesn't shed much, but I still felt the need to get a pet friendly vacuum cleaner. It doesn't pick up contents off the floor well, even if I put it on the lowest level. I love the accessories that come with the vacuum cleaner. They do a really good job of cleaning stairs and where the wall and carpet meet.

The motor died after 2nd use. Returned to best buy. Very disappointing

Cleans carpets well. Several height adjustments and attachments.

The tools are junk, the vacum it's self is does a fair job, on my deep pile carpet

I would not recommend it. Vacuum's same as the less expensive ones.

It really worked well for 6 months and the belt started giving problems.

Adequate vacuum for the price paid. I'm not sure how long it will last.

Cord rewind and the light weight is the only good part of this vacuum.
