I love this new vacuum. I finally replaced my old trusty 2001 Hoover Windtunnel. It cleans very well. I just vacuumed my carpet with the 2001 model. Then I went over it again with this new one. This new one picked up even more dirt and cat hair. My carpet is fluff and soft (almost new looking). Can't beat the price on sale plus using $50 Reward Certs bring the total cost plus tax to less than $100.00. AWESOME!!!!!!!! The pet attachments is great too. Hair does not get stuck like the old brush attachments of past. Set up was easy. Just loosen one screw, attach handle, put screw back, add the dirt container and connect the hose. Plug in and turn on. A nice bonus was the headlight. BB specifications stated no headlight, but there is one. It is light weight and about the same dB as my old one maybe a tad quieter but it has a different sound (like a jet engine).

Does not deserve any stars. This vacuum only worked properly on the very first use. After that it would turn off and the spin brush stopped working. Not worth the money. Hoover customer service is not helpful at all.

We bought this Hoover upright in April of 2017 and I brought it to the town dump this morning. The hose suction stopped after the first 5 months, the rug beater blade spit dirt into the carpet . . . Opt for a Dyson.

This hover was junk and stops working after 2 minutes of use, than you have to wait 30 minutes for it to turn on again. I returned this item and as I was being waited on, another one of the same model was being returned for the same thing..it appears that Hoover has a problem with this model.

After seven years of usage I had to retire my old vacuum. After viewing numerous reviews on hoover wind tunnel 3 pro pet HEPA Bagless upright vacuum-cobalt blue I decide to purchase one today. The following describes my experience. (1) It was extremely easy to assemble (2) It had extremely powerful suction (3) Once you adjust the proper hight for Carpet it is easy to push and pull ( GREAT PRODUCT)

Bought Hoover wind tunnel pro 3 vacuum cleaner and used it may be around 10 times in past month. Now, it stopped working. I am now reaching to Hoover customer care and I hope they can take care of this.

I had the vacuum for two weeks and it stopped working while in use. Fortunately, it was within the time period where I could get a full refund, and I did. Too bad, as I've had another wind tunnel which has lasted over 10 years.

I knew I was getting an inexpensive vacuum, but I haven't had it three months and it is dead. I only used it about 5-6 times. Just died in the middle of using it. Frustrated.

Reduced suction after 2 uses, heats up 10 min into use and then automatically shuts off. Don't buy this unit.

I purchased on November and have only used twice. The first time was ok; however, it was not working properly on the second use. It didn't pick up any dust or hair. Not sure if it has broken.

Bought the vacuum on thanksgiving and by new years it was already not working, can't find any clogs, indicator is still green yet the vacuum doesn't suck anything up..

After 4-6 months of use it wouldn’t pick anything up. Switched to a Shark and it the best vacuum we owned so far. Even better than a Dyson.

I was not happy, mine had some kind of wiring issue and sparked and almost caught fire. I returned it immediately and bought a different vacuum.

The vacuum machine only lasted one year. It stopped working after that, it was good that I purchased geek squad protection plan.

this product is so bad it stops every 5-7 minutes does not pick up dust pipe get stuck always have to open every time when use

I previously owned a Hoover and loved it. This one I bought because of pet cleaning. Never again!!
