First off, let me tell you that a vacuum normally lasts us approximately 12-18 months. We have 4 toddlers ages 5 and under and 2 dogs who live out in the country. We use our vacuum cleaners a few times a day. This model by far cleans the best out of all of the others that we have had. We are going on about 6 months on this model and it is not showing any signs of slowing down. I did have to replace this model last year after about 12 months of use, but that is because of operator error. We somehow disconnected some hoses when cleaning it and ended up vacuuming something into the motor, by passing all of the other hoses and filters. Thanks to the extended Geek Squad protection, it was replaced with a brand new one. This model works great on picking up sand from sandboxes, dirt from the dogs when they are out running throughout the woods, and the normal crumbs, dander, and pet hair that are common with small children and pets.

If you use couple times while later the Then the power will go down. So won’t pick up anything from it

Suddenly stopped working. Checked all possible issues. 11 months old; and only home 5 months & I don’t vacuum everyday,,,,,

This vacuum cleaner has tons of suction, great attachments for pet hair. We have three 80 lb dogs and this keeps the hair at a minimum. Love the removable canister for cleaning and that it is bagless. Also love the retractable cord. Would highly recommend.

lasted less than 2 days in an easy environment. Best buy as always made it right

Sorry I didn't but the 2 yr insurance because this vacuum only lasted, not quite 3 months

The vacuum cleaner has retractable power card which stopped retracting after a month

Don’t waste your money on this vaccum it didn’t work at all!!!!!

I never write reviews but I have to for this vacuum! I searched and searched for a new vacuum and assumed the more expensive the vacuum the better it is but that's just not true. This vacuum sucked up hair from my carpet I didn't even see! And on hard floors normally the stuff comes flying out the back of the vacuum after it just rolls over it and obviously doesn't suck anything up. This vacuum sucked up everything! Is a lil heavy for the elderly to have to carry up stairs but for one level just roll it around on it's wheels. I would definitely recommend this vacuum. Way better than my mothers dyson! And the rotating brush u can have on or off but with it on it really loosens up the dirt and hair. And to top it off the cord is stored inside it! Couldn't ask for anything more than that. Never thought I would get so excited about a darn vacuum! Lol. Do yourself a favor and go BUY IT!!!! :-)

I researched different vacuums forever, it seemed like. I am so happy and love to use this vacuum. It does not matter that I have to vacuum once a week or more, because it does all the work for me. I love the cord rewind, which by the way does have issues with fully rewinding back into the vacuum. I have heard many complaints with the cord becoming hot, or after a while the suction would not be as strong. But, you have to make sure you clean the filter out. Just rinse it out every 2 months or so. I am telling you, I love to clean anyways, but now I just love to vacuum so much more because of how get the vacuum works!

We just bought this vacuum to replace a far inferior cleaner. The vacuum is easy to use on both hardwood and carpet. Dial on the cleaner makes it easy to switch between the two. No loss of suction while cleaning, and it pulls A LOT of dirt from the carpet. Easy to empty canister when done cleaning. Attachments are easy to use, love the expandable hose for easy cleaning. Works great with cleaning the interior of a car! Love this vacuum.

Used it a couple of time and it broke. Not very durable.

Our Animal Dyson broke after 7 years. Too much animal hair clogged up the unit and burned out the motor. How ironic for a vacuum to have the word "animal" in it. Ended up going with a less expensive vacuum and it does the job 2x better than the Dyson. All the animal hair that lingered in our carpet was completely removed. It's nice to have a vac that has a headlight to see in those dark corners. Hoover makes a great product. My wife was impressed that it removed all the dog hair off the sofa. Our carpet and sofa have been restored and no embarrassing dog hair on our clothes.

I purchased this vacuum when my old one just quit working when I bumped it on the couch while vacuuming. Having two cats I couldn't go very long without buying a new one so I bought this one based on price and reviews. It's easier to list pros and cons so here goes. Pros: -Great suction even with the tools, the mini vacuum hose attachment works so amazingly well! Great for stairs and furniture. -Tool Storage, love how the wands all stack inside of each other -Retractable cord! Huge plus to this vacuum, cord is super long too. -Lightweight, my scrappy 9 year old son carried this to our 2nd floor condo because I had just had knee surgery and he did it with ease. Also, it was light enough that I could vacuum with it after just having knee surgery. -Easy empty cup. Just release the latch over the garbage can and the dirt is gone -Brush head only engages when vacuum is tilted. This is awesome because it doesn't spin when you're using the hose and tools. -Hose is easy to clean. With the powerful suction of this vacuum I've sucked up a few things I didn't intend and it's super easy to disconnect the hose and dump out the unruly passengers. -Hose is really wide which makes it easy for clumps of pet hair to pass through. My cats had a favorite spot under the couch and when I moved it I brushed as big of a pile as I could with my hands just to see how the vacuum would handle it, sucked it up no problem when my last vacuum would've clogged. -Rubber beater brush on the mini vacuum head makes pet hair not stand a chance. The amount of fur left behind by my last vacuum was crazy, this vacuum got it all up with no issues. Cons: -Can be diifficult to push. The height settings on this vacuum are way different than any others. I have just a simple rug in my living room and normally use a bare floor setting on it with every other vacuum I've owned but this one I have to set to a higher pile setting. -Mini vacuum head falls off when just barely touched. It's not very secure in it's storage spot so I've knocked it off more than a few times, wish it had just a bit more holding it in place. -Using it on bare floors sounds like a machine gun. It's super loud to the point where I just sweep and vacuum the pile up with the hose because it's that loud. I know it had been a few days past when I normally would've vacuumed but the stuff this one picked up that my old one left behind is amazing. It cleans so much better and the suction on it is way better than the other purple animal vacuum. I only gave it four stars because the carpet pile setting can be a bit tricky and difficult to figure out. I do have to change it to a lower setting for the bedrooms and a higher setting for the rug which is slightly annoying.

I was really needing an effective vacuum for removing pet hair. Other vacuums weren't doing the job. I was very pleased how easy it was to assemble this vacuum and I love the retractable cord. What I'm most pleased about is how this vacuum grabs pet hair and sucks it up. This vacuum doesn't play around with pet hair. I've used this vacuum for several weeks and have had no issues. I LOVE this vacuum and I highly suggest it if you have a pet hair issue, you won't be sorry.
