I have an apartment with a golden retriever and my kids come over regularly. The carpets see a lot of traffic and the vacuum with attachments on board take care of everything very well. The auto rewind cord and the brush roller off switch are very nice features. The vacuum seems well made and feels solid.

I like the option of the cord rewind, but, it doesn't work very well. Seems like you have to fight with the cord for it to wind back up. Other features seem to work fine.

Hoover has been around so long...they know the game and their product performs as good if not better than the rest....and no stupid gimmicks or parts. Just a good solid product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.
