I was tired of buying bags and throwing them away after useing the vacuum a few months. So much easier to dump the canister in a trash can then snap back in place. This will pay for itself in a year.

I have a corgi that sheds so much and this vacuum is perfect for all of the hair he sheds everywhere. It works amazing on the hardwood floor and the retractable power cable is amazing!

The results seen were really good after cleaning the living room carpet. We were about to replace the carpet but with this vacuum maybe that can wait for a few more years.

This is a replacement Vaccuum. The first one broke in four months. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and the product was easily replaced. Just hope the second one does not fail.

The vacuum cleaner is pretty heavy, and hard to maneuver around the floor area. The user manual is not straight forward to understand

It works great...but it could be quieter. It is too loud when operating with the brush turned off. I have to turn the brush off with the type of rug I have.

I purchased this vacuum after reading reviews on Bestbuy.com. And other online sites. It's a great vacuum. Works great on hardwood floors and thick carpets. You can adjust for both or in between.

This is a terrific vacuum. I was shocked with how much this picked up after my $500 Dyson died.

Not the worst. Not the best. Overall a good vacuum. Had to play with the settings a bit to get it working how I wanted it, but after that it's worked fine.

I have been more disgusted by a product than I am with this vacuum! Doesn't suck up at all and top it off it is so heavy and hard to push. The cord gets really hot to touch when I unplug. I tried contacting Hoover but they ignored my call and email and Best Buy won't take back so I'm stuck with a vacuum that it horrible.

I never knew how much dog hair I was leaving in the carpet until I got this new vacuum! This vacuum is super at picking up dog hair and all the dirt on carpet and hard floors.

i had the same item before it was work well for a while .Hope it will work work now .i can recommend this item to any one planning to purchase this product.

I love the lightweight cleaning versatility of this machine. I also like the cord rewind button, and the indicator to let me know when the hepa filter needs cleaned or replaced

I have used for 3 week works great. Attachments work great on stairs. I don't like the extension pole the lock for the pole causes it to retract sometime. Other than that great buy.

I used my phone to do a quick search of vacuums while in my local BestBuy store. I should of done a better job. Out of the box this vacuum overheats and shuts off. I have one room in my home that has carpet and I cannot even vacuum the room in its entirety before the machine shuts itself off. After contacting Hoover I was told it was an airflow problem and to protect the motor the unit will shut off. AKA its a cheap and poorly made. Save your money, do more research and DO NOT purchase this vacuum.

Was shopping for something else and saw this on open box display. Great price to start with, great suction, easy to empty. Hope this Hoover lasts a very long time.
