Our last vacuum we had for over 7 years with no complications. We were very picky when it came to getting a new one. After reading the reviews on this one, we decided to go for this one. After only using it for a week, it stopped picking up dirt. It seems like one of those vacuums that will probably last you less than a year. Good thing we got warranty.

If you are experiencing a loss of suction with your WindTunnel 3 Pro, please give this a try: The washable filter should be rinsed with water after every 4-6 full uses of the vacuum. After washing, the filter should be allowed to air dry for 24 hours. The long hose can also be removed from both ends to check for clogs. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care
