Of course, it is the use of the machine that really made a difference. The washing cycle is thorough using only the precise amount of water needed. There are multiple cycles which correspond to the type of clothes needing attention. I was able to insert the clothes, set the washer panel and return to clean clothes.

The "slow" eventually slowed to a "stop". I re started the machine twice to finish my wash; all while making the very slow grinding noise as the agitator worked each way. I was pleased with the associate I spoke with at Best Buy however. He promised to have the machine picked up with no restock fee, and have my credit card fully refunded.

Where to start? I returned an Amana for this because the Amana only autofills. First of all the drum is too wide and when you select the water level of the quantity of laundry you have (as before) the water barely fills. When you select autofill it fills too much. I have never been frustrated with a washing machine purchase before. All I wanted was basic and afforable. All I am doing is wasting excessive amounts of water here. Guess there is no such thing anymore.
