Bad Unit Bad GE Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 5 months, almost every component from the motor to the control board in our machine has been replaced. They are still doing repairs. It is outside the return window for Best Buy and GE refuses to replace the unit. The service techs have deemed it unrepairable, but the GE engineers refuse to accept that. Every time we do a load there is some new issue with out unit. GE has probably lost money on this unit because of all the repairs so far.

Horrible washer

But for home with small children, absolutely the worst washer I have ever had. It has destroyed our clothes (even running everything on delicate), it only drains half the time, and the limitation of cycle options makes it so much harder. Not worth it.

Disappointed

Only had 1yr 1/2, washed only small loads. Transmission would grind. Ended up junking and buying a Maytag washer that I absolutely love.
