My daughters has been wanting one for such a long time and was able to afford hoover board for them for christmas. Theu loved it.

My son uses it everyday ..battery is also good but not good for adults ..ok for lighter kids probably not for heavier kids

I bought this a 2 weeks before Christmas the gift was for my daughter. She opened it with excitement turned it on and it worked for like 2 or 3 minutes. No problem, the directions say we should charge it anyways,right? We charged it the entire night…followed every step and nothing!!! Went to store associate said it had to be returned online because it was bought online. So I called in got a Package returned slip…received my new one like the next week. As soon as we opened it I called my daughter who had been waiting since Christmas to play with her GIFT she was supposed to be enjoying already… tried the same thing as last time…tried turning it on so she could play with the hover board like a minute or two before it died…but the thing didn’t even turn on. Her face of disillusion said it all…told her “it’s ok…let us charge it the entire night….” Next morning before my daughter went to school she got up with joy and straight to the hoverboard…dead!! Did my investigation and According to the website it has a motherboard issue. Called it in immediately!! Bestbuy said it was past the RETURN window that they couldn’t do anything. It really bothered me 1 because I just assumed like all other products I get at Bestbuy that they are top notch. It was a Christmas gift I wasn’t going to try out the product before the gift receiver!! No but then again it is my fault for assuming BESTBUY would honor that I am a returning customer. So I basically paid for a hover board and a go cart riding attachment that hasn’t been used. So I received two trash products. Should of not ignored the bad reviews. THANKS for a joyful Christmas and new year Bestbuy. Great customer service
