Screen went out within a month of purchase. It was covered under warranty please look into before purchase.

This is a good laptop for the kids for a cheap price.

So far I have no complaints. My daughter is able to use it for her homework. Very easy set up....just turn it on and the word office and different apps are working great.

Never purchased Pre-Owned and this HP was worse that the 2 I already had for 5 years no damage at home. I was purchasing for a set of 3 to match my in home class room. Screen had, lines, hp symbols srateced to death, and it wasnt the one pictured it was completely white, no chrome base wth white keyboard. Even sales rep at home store said it was wrong and in bad shape. I returned it and bought 4 new Computers in store by Lenovo. It was first experiene with pre owned and my last, Rep said excellent open box is the better choice!

My daughter loves this, it's her favorite way to ignore the family. I do really like that I was able to set up a parenting app on this laptop.

I bought this for my children because they use chrome book at school. It is easy for them to navigate and easier for me that I don’t have to help them.

HP - 14" Chromebook is easy to set up and use without any worry of getting a virus or a crash or lengthy updates. I like using Chromebooks for surfing the web and basic operations.

Gave to my sister for school and she love it. And also easy to understand and nothing seem to be a priblem

Came is decent shape for a used Chromebook. A little weird though that most of the surface was covered in basically one big sticker to the top and bottom as the underlying color was more of an off-white. I'm guessing they apply the cover to make it look newer. Otherwise it works fine. Was good for my daughters schoolwork and miscellaneous web browsing. Still working fine 9 months after purchase.

Perfect for handling items on the internet that I like to keep off of Smartphone. Great price, great deal, for a pre-owned laptop in perfect condition.

Meets all the needs I bought it for. The weight is light and the battery life is long.

This is a Great Chromebook for what i needed. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

It’s was package safely and arrive quickly. My daughter love it but had a little problems loading the software.

The cromebook might be an okay machine but whoever I really purchased it through (had to be a marketplace type of supplier) sent me a cromebook that is not useable. After I enter my email and password to set it up I am told the user account is not eligible for the service. Essentially I received a cromebook previously owned by a school or business and it has not been wiped or reset for me to use it. I am taking it back. Also, the top/cover feels like it has been sandpapered.
