Cheap all around

I learned my lesson on purchasing a pre-owned item... it was falling apart when it arrived and had a white skin put on it to cover up imperfections.

Went to Bestbuy they said to call Hp, called hp they say here is no warranty on it to contact bestbuy. It's such a mess. Unacceptable and disappointed.

An Excellent HP laptop

Don’t buy

You can not use Netflix or Hulu or most streaming services. I didn’t know how old this laptop was until I got it and saw it was a 2013 model. I suppose if I new a lot about this stuff I could have figured it out. I was just looking for a cheap device to watch streaming programs on. This is not it. It is only suitable for basic browsing and document creation. I will be returning it after one day.
