Price was right..good service..happy with purchase.

I use this to remote into work from home and it is a great product for basic office needs.

It doesn't have a cd drive which is a fail. No iTunes to connected my phone . It's not really working out for me personally.

I bought this for someone that simply wanted email and the internet to keep up with news/weather. Its simple to use, easy to set up and even streams video pretty good. No complaints so far.

Has no CD drive. Not grewat for playing games like those on Farmvile because cant just use the touchpad to move throughout.

This is a very portable laptop and is easy to use. However, the transition from Windows to Chrome has been difficult. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad!

We bought this computer for my son. He is in High School and they use google docs for their schoolwork. This computer is fast and does everything we need.

Not really what I was longing for in a laptop had to give it to my son and purchase another one. No DVD player included on this model

Happy users of the Google OS, so we've been searching for the right laptop. The size and weight are just what we needed, but the screen was dull and lacked the vibrant contrast we wanted. Also, the touchpad had a somewhat mushy responsiveness when clicked. Decent enough, but both factors were constant distractions. We ended up returning it for a Toshiba 13.3" Chromebook, which has been excellent.

I have two chromebooks now, this being my second. The first, an Acer C720, is amazing for the price. No complaints. This one however has poor wireless reception, very poor quality speakers, and the processor power seems quite underwhelming, all comparative to the Acer. The only plus it has over it is a much larger screen. If you don't need the screen size, go for the Acer.

It is a nice starter unit, but the internet connection can run very slow despite our having supercharged wi fi.

Very easy to set up and perfect for email and working on the web

Good starter for students but limited because it can't hook to printer directly.

I don't like all the "apps". Too many to choose from.

I bought this item, and I returned it the very next day. When I brought it home it would not turn out unless it was plugged in. I thought it just needed some time to charge. I waited several hours, and I tried again. As soon as I unplugged it, the unit turned off and would not come back on. I ran a battery check, and it said that there was no battery. This is a unit that does not have a removable battery. When I called support, I was told this was not possible. I took it back the next day, and they could not tell me what was wrong. I just returned it got something else.
