Inferior hardware, no support from BestBuy or HP
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The I,K, and 8 keys began sticking 2 months after purchase of refurbished chromebook. Best Buy store claims my model was out of warranty, so would do nothing to help me. HP says my model was out of warranty BEFORE I even purchased it. Fixing problem cost more than I paid for laptop, so this has been a bitter lesson on modern commerce for me.

Keeps dropping wi fi connection
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It keeps dropping the wi fi connection right in the middle of doing stuff. Even while I use Play Music on the Chromecast from my phone. I type in my password to the router and it still won't connect.

Horrible!

The operating system on this device completely sucks! You can't watch quicktime video's. It is a hassle to connect your classic printer to it. I can't creat power points throught office power point because google replaces the documents. I do not recommened this product at all. Spend your money on a different operating system than chrome.
