This was an open box purchase. It should have been checked out by bestbuy prior to restocking. Other than the sound this laptop met my expectations.

Slow, slow, slow. You would be better off to spend a little bit more money for a computer with more speed.

4GB RAM is too slow to do most things. If this were an 8GB RAM product I may have kept it, but I'd rather pay the premium and get the higher RAM

I just bought my computer and it’s extremely slow , it acts like an old computer I’ve had from years ago.

Kinda makes a weird noise even after shutting down the laptop. No issue beside that.

After breaking my Mac, I needed a cheap basic computer to get my school work done for the semester. I had 2 research proposals that were approximately 12 pages each that needed to be done. Typing on this computer was almost impossible. The mouse pad is so sensitive that tabs would open or the tab I was typing on would close unexpectedly WHILE I WAS TYPING. Thank God for the auto save on Word otherwise I would’ve had to backtrack and try to remember everything I just wrote. Another huge downside was that the laptop would disconnect from the WiFi whenever it felt like it. It got to a point where it was disconnecting every 20 minutes or so. Watching Hulu or Netflix is not anywhere near enjoyable. It buffers and freezes for the first 5 minutes. Then 15 to 25 minutes later it disconnects from the WiFi. I absolutely hated this laptop and couldn’t wait to return it. I suffered a month with this piece of garbage only because my research papers were almost due and finals were approaching.

Is a little slow and the fan stopped working even that I only used this computer a few times.

Most awful computer I have ever owned. Slow! Horrible screen resolution, kind of frosty. No 5g available on the network card only 2.4. While browsing the up and down arrow keys lag way behind then take off running way past where you wanted. So frustrating. Not recommended. I hate this laptop!!! I gave it 1 star only because you must choose at least 1 star.

Good nothing spectacular. If you're looking for something lowbrow to get the job done then buy it.

an ok laptop ...ok to browse, but freezes very often when opening fb , or videos..very frustrating..should have spend more $$

I just purchase one yesterday. It came defective!! It doesn’t even turn on at all... We’ll be returning in the morning when they open!!!!!

I thought it would run nice and smooth but it does not run as good as I thought it would kind of slow and not a lot of memory on this

I will be adding memory. It's very basic I will see if adding the memory will make it at least semi acceptable for school use.

It’s a great starter laptop and serves the basic needs with slow speed. If you aren’t patient for download or upload, it’s not for you.

This is the slowest computer I’ve ever purchased, you get even less than what you pay for. Even if you’re doing just internet searching, it buffers and goes slow beyond belief. I just traded it in for a Mac book pro after some major saving. If you’re trying to save money, it is NOT worth it to get this. You will be extremely disappointed

Refused delivery as it was two days later than promised delivery date. Needed for grandson's birthday party. Purchased elsewhere.

Bought this for my son because of space. Much smaller than I thought. Battery does not hold charge for 10 hrs! Ok product

I got this to use for minecraft and to replace my 5 year old laptop. It has been 3 months and I had only installed discord on it and it crashed. It now refuses to connect to the internet and had a bunch of junk programs preinstalled. Even when it did work it was slower than my old laptop even when it had NOTHING on it.

I like it but its kinda slow, wished it would've been a little faster at loading stuff.

It’s pretty much a glorified notebook. Don’t put much to much demand on it. I use it to Skype and pay and budget bills .
